Paid order, paid import fees, no package, no serious support
ordered Adidas Samba AS Roma shoes from the official AS Roma Store.

I paid for the shoes. Later, UPS also demanded import charges, which I paid as well. Despite this, I still have not received my package.
The delivery process was chaotic and unacceptable. UPS tracking was unclear and contradictory. The package was supposed to be delivered or made available at a UPS Access Point, but when I went there personally, the package was not there.
Even worse, AS Roma Store sent me an automatic email saying that my order had been delivered. This was false. I did not receive the package, I did not sign for anything, and the package was not available at the pickup point.
I contacted AS Roma Store several times and explained the situation. I asked them to intervene with UPS, because I bought the product from AS Roma Store, not from UPS. As the seller, AS Roma Store should make sure that the customer receives the goods or receives real support when delivery fails.
Instead, I received no serious help and no concrete solution.
I am Roman and I have been an AS Roma fan for 40 years. That is exactly why this experience is so disappointing. I bought these shoes with pride and joy, but now I feel completely abandoned as a customer and as a fan.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable for an official club store. Taking payment, failing to ensure delivery, sending an incorrect “delivered” notification, and then not providing serious support is a terrible way to treat loyal fans.
After this experience, I will not buy anything from AS Roma Store again. I also do not want to wear AS Roma merchandise if this is how the club treats its supporters and customers.
I paid for the product. I paid the import charges. I still do not have my package.
I cannot recommend AS Roma Store.
