Excellent service very quick and goods were fine. The only criticism would be the packaging as although my 2 lens were bubble wrapped one of the boxes was damaged in transit.

i ordered an 850 pound lens from them, but after 4 days i had not heard anything from them so i tried to contact them they do not have a number to call them. as i needed the lens quickly i had to email them. as the lens did not come after around a week. i tried to cancel it. then i was told it was too late to cancel and that when it came i would have to return it it cost me 15 pound to return it and a further 15% for restocking. so will definitely not buy from again

I purchased a Canon eos 800d on 6th February and it arrived a week later, right on the estimated date of arrival. They sent me an email with a link to track my order via UPS and that was really handy too.
It was extremely well packaged and there was no damage at all.
The camera works well and I am very pleased with it. I have been a subscriber to their Youtube channel for a while and this is the first time I've purchased anything from them and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I have had a Lumix GM5 for 3 years that came from Digital Rev via Hong Kong. Generally I have been very happy with it. Now it needs a service as it’s not 100%. Trying to get this done is a problem as the model number GM5 is not complete, and worse, where the serial number should be is blank! So it would appear the camera is a ‘knock off’ and I can’t get it serviced through Panasonic :O(

Smashing job. I ordered twice from them. First time years ago it was my 60D and this time the Sigma 18-35. In both cases it was smooth, and quicker than posting within UK. Plus the saving of course. There is nothing wrong with them.

I ordered a Tamron 28-75/2.8 lens for Sony mirrorless camera (saving around £50 RRP comparing with popular camera gear shops and Amazon in UK) and I'm very happy with my order. It have arrived relatively quickly and well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap, signed for delivery by UPS. The only issue is that UPS don't deliver at weekends, but anyway I was waiting for my parcel to arrive about 5 working days only. Absolutely amazing service, fast despatch and good price.
