I visited the store in Stoke Gifford to purchase PE kit for my daughter in September. Having read reviews, I was delighted that staff were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We were served very quickly and my daughter was able to try on the uniform before we made our purchase. Excellent service and everything we needed in stock.
Astonishingly poor service from the Stoke Gifford branch. I spent weeks waiting for an appointment and when I finally got one there was a long wait in the doorway until I was allowed in. Then once I was in the door I discovered practically everything I needed was out of stock. I paid upfront for a delivery that was promised 'in a few days' but 5 days later there is still no sign of it, and my online account is not showing any order either. And as if this wasn't frustrating enough, you can't telephone this shop - you have to call a number in Manchester - which I have just discovered, doesn't actually answer your call. I've been on hold for 18 minutes and after the hold music stops it just rings. I appreciate Covid has made life difficult for all of us but the amount of people I saw queueing up, there must have been thousands going through the till every hour. WHY NOT PAY FOR MORE STAFF???
