Ordered a tube of Hylomar via Amazon. Tube arrived in post, outer enveloped undamaged but on opening the plastic bubble protecting the tube on the card had been cut off and the tube was very "bashed". Company refused to accept this was not satisfactory and the final word from them was that they believed the tube would still be OK.

Absolutely shocking service dont bother ordering anything from them. I ordered a spin mop n bucket that came faulty n came in the wrong box with the bits rammed in bucket. Reported the fault to have attitude back. So save ur time n money n go elsewhere cos u won't get a refund or any respect from them even though theyre at fault

Sent completely wrong order and was. Charged for return they kept saying return postage was paid but it wasn’t I believe this to be a scam company

Ordered carb cleaner from this company, then they cancelled, no reason given.
When I asked, they said they can't deliver to my location ( Scottish Highlands).
Nonsense. All couriers and Royal Mail deliver here.
Looks like they didn't want to post to Highlands and made a lame excuse.

Absolutely useless company that doesn’t send product and doesn’t supply any tracking!

Avoid at all costs, say that have sent product and haven’t (twice) no tracking either, pay with PayPal l! You’ll need it to get your money back!

Don't order chair through Amazon from this company, the item arrived with packaging broken and parts missing 4 weeks to try and sort out, they sent email saying send it back by courier at my cost, rubbish and Amazon are not very helpful either so we have an office chair with no wheels or bolts to assemble. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Brought prime through eBay not arrived don’t answer emails the worst company I have ever dealt with avoid at all costs

Ordered 2 cans of primer through Amazon:
- Recieved 1 can of primer and 1 can of a different paint
- Instead of correcting the order they asked for a full return of the order
- The first label they provided didn't work
- When I finally recieved a "replacement" I recieved 1 can of primer instead of 2.
- This has taken over 3 weeks to get the order correct...

I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying through amazon.
Broken bin delivered and no refund from the company. Printed an amazon return label as instructed but no collection. Amazon no help either. Don't buy from them

I ordered paint from this store six weeks ago and it's still not arrived and after leaving numerous messages and phone calls they have never responded.

I ordered 4 tubs of pre-grit on 4th December 2021. Only two tubs arrived (later than quoted). Emailed them to be told to wait another 48hrs to see if they get delivered (which was fair enough). About 3-4 days later the third tub arrived but damaged and leaking all over my porch(item was cracked and left on its side). Emailed them again,they asked how much was missing out of it,so I replied and got nothing back from them. Still haven't got the fourth tub and now they aren't replying to any of my emails (I've sent another 3). Shocking customer service and looks like I'll never get the fourth tub. Wouldn't be so bad if they offered me a refund,but nothing!!!. I'd never buy from this company ever again or recommend them to anyone 😡.

Ordered jump cables and received what appeared to be a bin lid. Asked for return details so I could send it back and received no response. AVOID

Cowboys order took over a week ignore messages after doing a search nothing but bad news about these muppets id sooner go to halfords

Poor quality item, it was sent to me bent and broken. They do not answer my emails and they do not return my money.
Amazon unilaterally and without reason rejected the claim.
I do not recommend the seller and do not buy this article of such poor quality and service.

Absolutely shocking. Bought from Ebay. Bought a set of 2.5 tonne ramps... or so I thought. Even the product description said 2.5 tonne ramps... when they arrived it was just the extensions. The company is an utter joke and their customer service is appalling. Avoid them like the plague.

Item on Ebay described as new and was second user, they failed to contact me, to be honest it would be too inconvenient to return due to size so in the skip they go, DO NOT BUY from these people on Ebay not trustworthy

Never received my items took my money.some idiot left item in plain view of passerby so I never got my items so transaction incomplete. But he took a photo .you can take a photo of anything you like doesn't mean you have or own it .theft dont trust
