Wheel adaptors

I called customer support about a…
I called customer support about a question on which lug stud conversion kit to buy, upon asking I was told that they were out of every option and I could just use my lug bolts anyway so it didn't matter. Fast forward and it's time to put my new wheels on and my lug bolts are too tall and now I can't properly seat my wheels again the face of the adapter. The quality of the product is fine but I continue to run into issues like this that seem to have no easy answer.
