Excellent customer service!! I ordered a 3S airlift kit by mistake. I actually wanted the 3p kit. I first made contact with them by using their 'live online chat' on their website. I had a quick response and a quick resolution. Within minutes I was actually contacted by phone to confirm the order change per my request. Mr. Del had my 3p kit at my front door within 2 days!

No communication at all I made a order almost a month before they even bothered to reach back to me about the tracking number. They kept telling me that it will be 6-9 days for shipping when my order indicated it was already shipped and when it got here there was four separate boxes. Can’t even make the effort to put them into a box so they don’t get separated during shipping but did they care not at all I called almost four times and every time same story they told me. Never would i recommend these guys to anyone
