No customer support at all.
Paid for a watch and they didn't have the color I wanted and they offered to send me a color I would never wear and I tried a few times to get them to send me another watch and I was ghosted.. poor form-

Terrible service and non delivery

Terrible service and non delivery
* Ordered and paid for a FutureMate on March 18th.
* A week later (25th March) a message from HiFuture that the color is out of stock.
* I suggested an alternative one the same day.
* Again a week later (April 1st) not any reply.
Is this the brand HiFuture wants to live? Very sad!

No customer service

I purchased the Hi Future Go Pro watch from one of their agents.
I purchased as I liked the up to 20 day usage. However after I purchased the box it came in states up to 15 days. I sent a message via Facebook Messenger and also an email to try and find out why this one showed 15 days but no response

Wrist band adjuster which was sent…

Wrist band adjuster which was sent along with the package did not have screw to dislodge the pin from chain. Now I need to order it separately. Still to try watch.

I contacted the team and they send the adjustment screw for the device. Good service and response. Kudos to team.
