Urgent laptop order for business, cancelled by HP after 3 days, as being out of stock. Ordered another, after checking stock directly, days later still not shipped! Truly pathetic customer service, and a very abrupt telephone advisor, who couldn’t care less. This is not a business focussed web-store.
Normally everything is very efficient, but I still have an order that I have been waiting for since November.

I have contacted customer services many time and each time they give me a new delivery date and when it is that date they change it to in another two weeks. They have failed to give an alternative for discount so I can order other laptops. Today 08.02.21 was the latest date give, but again nothing.
Terrible shopping experience. Typical of poor companies, if you don't have any problems everything is great, but if something happens to you get ready to suffer because the customer service is null, they don't solve it - it's as simple as that. It's a shame that seeing the amount of negative reviews they don't want to put a stop to it and change the way they are going.
