I am crying over all the stress and…

I am crying over all the stress and frustration I have to suffer from terrible after sale customer service. Bought an expensive laptop from them, had an issue since day one, tried to contact them many many many times, every time had to spend hours and hours explaining the same thing, was asked to do the same thing (some simple update), problem is not sorted, laptop dies every single minute but they couldn't help much. customer agent hang up on me on phone or dragged me on whattsap chat for 4hrs. so expensive lesson learnt. HP I WILL NEVER EVERY PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN.

zero customer service help. false confirmations.

Ordered HP laptop, the same day (half and hour) later asked to amend address, was told this "We have received your request to change the delivery address on this order. Please note that this can cause a delay in order processing, while the warehouse updates your address." of which i was fine with a delay...yet they still delivered to the original. The guy on live chat was so rude and said it was my own fault, and i didnt have confirmation of address change. then said nothing they can do.

After ordering just a keyboard and…

After ordering just a keyboard and mouse set from the HP Store, I was told that the order would be delivered within two working days. Unfortunately, I have not received the order despite placing it a week ago. When I tried to contact customer service, they quickly informed me that the package had been lost, even though I had been waiting for a week. As a respectable business, they ought to have told their clients. In addition, customer service informed me that a replacement would be arriving in a week when I requested one. To be honest, I felt that the service was way below expectations. They should work on their logistics and customer service as well.

HP Cordless mouse cheaper from HP!

I had selected a new HP Cordless mouse I wanted and it happened to be a HP one. I looked at the price and when I compared it with Amazon, it was actually cheaper direct from HP. It arrived the following day and i am very pleased with it.

Never buying an HP laptop again

Never buying an HP laptop again. Years upon years of issues. The whole situation would be much better if their level of support was improved. I reply and then get my case closed and told I didn't reply. I'm promised a phone call at a specific time and then they fail to phone. Then get told I will have a quote for fixing the issue sent by email and two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. This is on top of them damaging my laptop during a repair in 2020 and failing to take any responsibility!

No help from HP

Bought a new HP printer towards the end of 2023. My iPhone and Ipad prints in colour but I cannot get my Apple laptop to print in colour. I have found HP customer service terrible. I have phoned four times, three I never got through to anyone, the fourth I was cut off then no reply when I redialled. I like the instant ink program otherwise I would ditch HP. I signed up for their paper from the start but have only Received one box. NOT GOOD.

The worst customer service in the world

If i could give 0 stars, i would. I can honestly say that HP has the worst customer services i have ever experienced in my entire life. I have never felt more disappointed & frustrated.

I ordered a laptop on June 8th & it arrived june 12th. The laptop that arrived was defective. The flashing light pattern on the caps lock key indicated a motherboard failure.

Unfortunate & worrying - yes. However all i would have to do is contact HP, explain the situation, and get a replacement right?

No. I spent over 2 hours on the phone being transferred from pillar to post. Each person i had to retell my story to, reconfirm details like date of purchase, serial number, and to then be transferred on again and again.

Not only have i wasted 2 hours of my time & mental energy, but i’ll also be getting a 2 hour phone bill.

I have a newborn child & a wife on maternity pay. I’m barely keeping this family afloat. I saved for months for this laptop, so i can use it to develop my local bootcamp business & generate more income to keep my family afloat.

I’ve now ended up with a faulty laptop, a 2 hour phone bill & 2 hours of wasted time. This just should not happen, there is no way that it should have been this complicated to get my brand new defective laptop replaced.

I cannot emphasise enough how disappointed and upset i am with your customer service & this whole experience.

I’ve been told i’ll get an email tomorrow with an update on whats happening. The typical process is apparently the tech team has to submit a case which can take over 72 hrs to be approved, then the faulty laptop has to get picked up, then once its back - you will dispatch a new one. And thats after 2 hours of wrestling with your phone lines, being transferred from pillar to post!

I explained i was upset & the post sales team are looking to speed things up. But that doesnt recoup my time, my phone bill, or make up for the most terrible customer service system i have ever encountered.

I would greatly appreciate a response, multiple staff members seemed to empathise with me & seemed to be aware of this ridiculous system & the inevitable frustrations their customers face.

The shopping process is straightforward and fast.

The process of buying a laptop is very comfortable and straightforward. There is a variety of prices, which is great. Since I only needed something to do my assignment, I did not want to buy something expensive. I am very happy with my product and its price. However, I wish the screen was a little bit larger. But to be fair, it is amazing for this price. Thank you HP.

Product Arrived in two days

Product Arrived in two days. Despite it being bank holiday, easy to use, easy to set up and gave me what I was asking for. Had problems attempting to get 0pc finance due to the website continually changing from 0 to variable rate. However this was a different company from HP

Awful

I cancelled my ink cartridge subscription with them and they blocked my printer. I missed a call so called back to be told I have to be put in a queue and they have no idea how long I will have to wait. Absolute joke.

Fine when it workds. Hopeless tech support.

My printer worked for a while then had a technical fault. I tried their support chat. Big mistake. I wasted an hour with them on chat, waiting forever for a response to my response. Gave up, binned my printer, bought a Canon.
