Sent an enquiry for a part showing on their website just to get a "No Quote" email back from Matt Kraus. Followed-up with an International call to find that Matt sounded overwhelmed and did not have the time to review my request either. Interestingly, during the same 24 hour cycle, the price magically increased on their website for the same item. Suggest that they maintain the website and get some help for Matt.

They do not respond to emails or phone calls. The order took 2 weeks to get here, then it was wrong. Then 2 more weeks to tell me they cant get the right part. Then a month to get my credit for the wrong parts. I will never use them again.
In response to your response! You never returned my calls or emails, it took weeks to resolve this. I waited for 2 weeks for a response concerning the correct parts, the only way I got through to you was by calling someone else! That is the worst response time I have had in 30 years as a purchaser.

Customer was informed of shipping time prior to order placement. Part numbers were provided by the customer and exact parts were sent as ordered. Credit was issued in a timely manner as soon as we received parts back from customer.
