Quite disappointed I had no idea they changed the formula which was what I loved so much about this popcorn. The kernels are completely different, I guess to make it healthier but doesn’t stand out from every other popcorn now. The packaging was also excessive and FedEx didn’t deliver it to my door, they just dumped it downstairs by the lift. I guess because the box was as big as me they figured no one could steal it. I won’t be ordering again.

Excellent company. Fast delivery. Products arrived in great condition. We are in Scotland so order from jimmy’s because they have the best popcorn. You can’t beat the flavour. We also get the nachos, the snack boxes are perfect for my autistic daughter they are the perfect combination for her and I can take them for her when we are travelling, everything is contained and mess free. 10 out of 10.

Great service. I placed the order & messed up the delivery address, I quickly sent an email to correct my error & it was actioned straightaway, no fuss. Delivery arrived sooner than expected. BBQ Tabasco popcorn, different flavour profile, really nice product. Recommend.

Ordering was simple, a limited number of products but that’s ok for me as I was only after the popcorn. However it’s only free delivery when you spend over £50. That’s a bit annoying as with limited products you end up buying buying the same product in bulk as there’s not much to choose from. Either add more products or lower the free delivery threshold. Also their courier fedex did not deliver on time, they sent an email that delivery would be made, stayed home nothing turned up. Then I was given a second delivery date and window from 8:50 to 12:50. The courier arrived at 2pm at which point I was not home. Speaking through the doorbell I told the courier he was late and he claimed he was not as they deliver within 24 hours despite having an email saying they will deliver within the timeframe.

The products it self came well packaged and having had these in the cinema we love the popcorn flavours

They could improve the toffee popcorn this time tasted burnt plus I only live 2000 yards away from where it's made and it's still takes five days to deliver

Good products and good value for money only point of note was that the delivery was later than stated.

Wasn’t sure I’d get them for Christmas, so I rang them up. They were very helpful on the phone and said delivery was next day. Ordered Friday 20th and asked if delivery could be on the following Monday the 23rd. Order was tracked, I got confirmation that they would arrive between 8-12 that morning, they arrived at 10.15. Excellent service, I certainly would place an order again. Thank you.

My order arrived two weeks late, but when I contacted customer service, they resolved the issue exceptionally well. To make up for the delay, they even included a freebie. Thank you!

Love this popcorn, it’s a lovely taste and I just wish it was easier to find which is why I bought a box full ! Very tasty 😋
