I ordered my tracksuit in March, still not here. Paid the duties, still nothing. Tracking says they’ve tried to deliver it but they haven’t. It’s an attended address that always has a signer. Buy elsewhere.

I ordered $200+ worth of product and I find out 5 days later that I'm having to pay $76 to ERVi for duty and processing fee this is something that should be on the website and included when you purchase so that you know you're going to be stuck with $76.88 expense or my stuff get sent back. What a scam. Also had to look up to see if it was some kind of scam. Love your clothes but this is Bad business. Very disappointing.

You are a fraudulent organization and scammers.
I made 3 orders with you and with your SD portal and each time you made a mistake on the order.
The last order you were notified prior to the order being processed and just strung out the process, filling the order even though you knew it was incorrect and that I was requesting a refund and cancellation.
You will be reported to the relevant consumer protection authority.
Your business model is based on scamming people rather than delivering value.

I have bought several shirts and shoes from the official longsdale site in England. The look and quality of there products have been exceptional. I have bought other Lonsdale shirts on amazon that apparently were knockoffs that didn't come from the original Lonsdale. You can tell right when you open the package if it's authentic or not. Long live Lonsdale!

Hey guys, everything went great until my order shipped and is now waiting in the shipping depot. I wasn’t aware that there would be a $20 charge for that and for processing for a $20 order of 2 underwear

Very confused about the sizing you sent until I read the difference. Hope the order fits my twin grandsons as they are excited for this Christmas gift.

The worst and most frustrating experience. I’m a long time customer of Lonsdale and never had a problem until now. I ordered a Lonsdale hoodie with a logo - my receipt clearly states this. However, due to some kind of glitch on their end they claim I ordered a plain black hoodie even though I have shown them my receipt and invoice multiple times. Their customer service reps are simply telling me that I purchased a plain black one even though I have sent the PROOF that I bought one with a logo!! I’m now out the purchase price, shipping, and duties and NO RECOURSE whatsoever. The worst customer service ever, I would never buy from them again, it appears as if they have outsourced/offshored everything. The quality is poor now too. Never again.

The shipper sent me an invoice to pay some kind of duty/tax on the item, but when I tried to do so, I got a currency error. I did not get a response from EVRi about how to fix this, and Lonsdale doesn't even have a customer support email to figure out what to do. I assume EVRi is going to eventually send the item back, at which point I would expect a refund, but it's still a waste of time.

Top notch quality! Ordering to Canada was a bit expensive but it is a great product and reputable brand. Thanks Lonsdale

User friendly website, quick processes of order

Navigating the page has been terrible I couldn't even find the products I just purchased on the site.

20 days after I have paid for my order it's still not even shipped let alone delivered !!! Unacceptable.
0 feedback as well.

your customer service is really efficient it is very important to know where your order is, especially when ordering from another country

One thing and one thing only. When adding address in check pout page - UX is amazing. The person or team who tailored the address adding part (how it autofills everything up till postal code) deserves a raise!
