Never received merchandise

I pre ordered an item in May. The website did not indicate when it would be delivered. I contacted them 7 weeks later to inquire. I was informed they would look into it and follow up. Two days passed with no follow up so I reached out to them again asking for a refund and was told they are working with warehouse manager to see why order has not been shipped. Told them I asked for refund and didn't care what warehouse manager was doing. Disputed it through credit card. I caution anyone do not order anything from Megan Thee Stallion. I'm very disappointed in how she runs her business.
