I ordered a watch priced at over $500…

I ordered a watch priced at over $500 and was told it would ship within 24 hours. That did not happen. After the order, I received no shipping confirmation, no response to two separate emails, and the only contact option appears to be a voicemail system with no return call.

For a purchase at this price point, basic communication and order transparency are expected. This is not the type of online retail experience I am comfortable with, especially when spending hundreds of dollars on a watch.

Until this company demonstrates reliable fulfillment and customer support, I would strongly recommend others avoid and beware.
