They always stock my favourite brand and they had it on offer this time. Order shipped same day. Excellent service and I will keep coming back.

Had the wrong order delivered firstly, was then told they would send the original order plus a free bottle for the inconvenience next day delivery… wasn’t next day delivery turnt up a few days later… original order was still wrong and didn’t get the free bottle… now my emails are ignored.

I placed an order over the weekend and paid extra for special delivery. So they should have posted it on Monday for Tuesday delivery or latest for Wednesday delivery. I emailed them on Tuesday and no reply then late last night I received an automated email stating my order has been cancelled and no reason at all. I have contacted them via email again to ask for details but nothing and still no refund.

Ma order never arrived so a lost out on 17 pound and a emaild munchterm and a tried to call them nothing and a payed for 2 to 4 day tracked shipping a never got a shipping number and it was dispatched from ther office in the 4th if January its know the 11th of January don't know why never had this problem before

I was nervous when Munchterm partnered with Moes. I reject corporate structures and faceless businesses but it has the same feel as when it was a smaller business. I have noticed a price increase, not for individual items but when bulk buying. The customer service is impeccable, your items arrive within a couple of days of ordering. Super efficient service.

Easily the best UK supplier of King Palm products. I go elsewhere for cheaper bulk buying of boxes of raw rolling papers and roach but for the more relaxed smoker this is the place to to keep stocked up on your smoking supplies!

I ordered 1 month and 17 days ago and it still hasn‘t arrived. I also can‘t track my order anywhere. I wrote 4 emails to them and got no reply.

The owner is horrible & very obnoxious

It’s been 2 days since I contacted them as it said my package had arrived when I have received nothing
I still have no response via email
I’ve tried to call twice and got an automated voice telling me they can’t be reached at the moment
I’m now £50 down and have none of what I paid for

big fan of munchterm, have been for a couple years now and the delivery times on my orders are always so quick which is amazing which is why this is my go to website, i just wish the king palms were a little cheaper or have more discount on them when you buy a lot, overall good service!
