Game not delivered on time and with the wrong name

I warned NISA Europe about the not receiving the game on time, game was,t reveived on time.
I warned NISA Europe about the code the name was necessary to be delivered on the right address, no code on the name, another delay.
NISA Support banned me after i told the they were incompetent.
Terrible company, never buying from them again.

Never had an issue

Regularly preorder games directly from NISA, especially because they do limited editions. It's a bit more expensive that buying standard editions, but they offer a good rewards system.

The games I've bought have always shipped on time (even when preordered months in advance), and are always well-packaged. The odd times I've contacted support (only for queries, never had an issue), the response has been fast and polite. Overall, no complaints here.

Costumer service bad... They stoped answer

I bought two pre orders, when the second was out, I wait a long long time to receive the two games, even after the second one was out. And I was disappointed when I received the package with a poor box and one of the games had a big dent on the box and the second one has a broken Ps5 plastic box for the game. How the send a broken box without checking? I ask for help and they ignored after a lot of emails. I think it's overpriced for the Lower service... So sad.

Horrible support and money lost

I contacted the support to ask if it is possible to change the shipping address of a limited ordered by them (a simple change of street, always in the same city). And they, without asking me for any confirmation, decide to solve my problem by canceling my order close to the day of release asking me to order another copy, which is impossible since the limited has been out for days ... And what's more, the card with which I paid had expired, so their refund I don't even know where it should ever go to me. But I ask myself, is it normal to make such decisions without even asking the customer for confirmation? I had contacted support to get help, not to create two new big problems.
I wonder how I should do now to have not so much the limited that by now they have canceled it, but at least my money back...

Two games ordered. No issues.

I’ve ordered two games from them and both have arrived exactly how they said they would and in the intended time frame at a great price. Looking at the reviews things can go poorly but nothing has so far!

Terrible customer service.

Disgusting. They flagged my account for no reason and any order I placed gets cancelled automatically with the reason being "fraud". They also don't bother explaining why exactly they placed my account "on hold". I placed 6 orders before that they shipped just fine. I guess they're salty that I asked to cancel my 7th order since they were taking too long to ship it.

Don't order from NIS Europe absolutely terrible customer service

Ordered for the first time as the prices was one of the best around for disgaea 4 ( ps4) and 2 other games.

Arrived with the packaging being damaged and also 2 of my games disgaea being one of them the cases was smashed and even the plastic cover and the game art cover was ripped. I emailed NIS as soon as I seen what happened and after finally contacting me on the 3rd march they offered me £1.10 store voucher credit!!
After asking for a replacement case / cover art or even 2 new games through 3 new emails from me and I even sent the proof again of the damage they have now just
Responded today with the same copy and paste email saying here £1.10.

Absolute joke and I would tell anyone to stay away incase this does happen as you pay for postage which cost me £5!!

Dispatch delays and cancelations.

Purchased a game from their website on February 11th. 10 days later (today Feb 22) I contacted NIS regarding the order. They told that they currently facing shipping delays of 6-9 days.

"No problem" I thought. I just wanted an update.

But then, within the hour, my order was cancelled and refund due to lack of available stock.

Very disappointing. Dispatch delays with a chance of your order being cancelled anyway.

Product quality issue and poor customer service

Issues with the quality of a product (damaged new item) was communicated to NisEurope on 06/01/23. Customer service informed me that it would take 2 - 4 weeks for the factory to review the damaged product image photographs I provided. I asked for a refund instead and, unfortunately, NisEurope has not replied to my emails (and chasers) since 10/01/23. Additionally, the initial customer service representative did not answer my question regarding the barcode identification of the product either.

The only review you need overpriced and mediocre releases.

I have used the USA NIS America store and they told me to get lost to the EU store but the problem with EU shop is their games are PAL that means you get the ugly PEGi symbols on games, not to mention they are even more overpriced on the EU store and you need an EU account to use the games with DLC bonus content, then again the bonus DLC content with all NIS published games are outrageously high and thats on top of the limited edition releases.

Since most people can't pay these prices scalpers buy them instead and re-sell them on Ebay for twice as much and eventually they do sell to some poor person who's dumb and worked a whole month just to afford 1 limtied edition game on ebay, I feel sorry for these people because they don't know its a dumb idea to feed scalpers.

The company as a whole is average at best and their games are all trust me and my no nonesense reviews, they are all mediocre at best, especially from companies like Gust, Idea factory, Compile heart and many others, I wanted to get some as gifts but did not have much money but their art style in games they publish are interesting even cool in fact. I guess thats why they still in business Anime mix with Games is a rare combo these days, for any other publisher than NIS inc..

Anyway there was some Atlus published titles I wanted to get for myself but boi those prices on EU shop cut me off, I went on ebay and yep its worse. I tried the USA shop first of course and they told me to get lost after asking their supervisor.

Suffice to say you don't need any other reviews but mine, if we all stop buying their games they have no choice but to reduce prices and make a tactic to limit copies sold so then no more scalpers and everyone can afford a copy no? Otherwise their own greed with games and DLC is what will cause their company to fail in the future.

What a sh***y company with sh***y customer service. They don't care about you only your money and so do the developers that make games for them.

Lastly It is a shame too because a long time ago they started off ok, the games were still rubbish but they were cheap and there was free shipping outside of their NIS USA site. Forcing you now to buy from EU with that PEGI rubbish and EU account requirment for your console is a big no no for me. They have lost a customer since 2015 give or take a year. I decided to up my review of them now because I kindly asked them one last time to ship to me.

They were rude and said no, so F them and you all should too to teach them a lesson we the consumer own them not the other way round, so as mentioned above if we all stop buying from them you will be able to get your mediocre games cheaper in the future, its your choice how smart are you?

AVOID THESE TERRIBLE SELLERS

AVOID THESE TERRIBLE SELLERS. i was checking their website adding stuff to cart and when i checked to see how much the shipping would be it automatically checked me out and took my money. I messaged them explaining the situation and my intention to cancel the order but i got no response back for 3 days.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My pre-order for a Limited Edition of a game got shipped A WHOLE WEEK after the release date. This means that after adding the time it takes to ship I will get a PRE-ORDERED GAME almost TWO WEEKS after the release date. Not to mention the non-existing customer service. I've received no reply to 2 e-mails I've sent asking for an estimated timeframe of shipping after receiving no information around the release.

NISA Europe refusing to fulfill orders since October 22nd

Right now NISA Europe is unable to deliver orders since October 22nd. They have been refusing so far to explain why orders haven't been shipped yet, they only state they had warehouse problems and don't explain anything else or since responded to any form of contact I as a buyer tried.
Considering they are the official store for NIS and Falcom products in Europe, they have been performing poorly.
Also £9 for shipment is very overpriced. Other stores are doing £2-3 shipments for the same products.

These last few days are making me want not to order anything else from the site since it's been ver unprofessional these same last few days.

Fantastic

I have ordered 2 times from Nisa europe now with 2 pending preorders and had no problems with any of these. Their customer service representatives have been friendly and helpful when I have contacted them.

My last preorder actually arrived on release day when they did inform me about a potential delay (unlike another joke company I reviewed who deal with imports in the UK), which shows their passion and dedication to delivering fantastic service.

Highly recommended!
