love the ND items quality. no free shipping and name was changed on the shipping address...
I bought gifts for my son (ND personalized office mug)and birthday ND tennis shirt and hat for my grandson (a 3 yr old tennis whiz and Nole fam member :) Novak announced free world wide shipping that week but there was no code or free shipping option during the online purchase. The package arrived to Canada from Italy in amazingly short time - way before expected and in perfect form. After placing my order, I learned that there was a 60 minimum for free shipping. Really didn't matter as I love and trust what Novak is offering in the store and to the kids - only wish there was a Head Novak 19" boys tennis racquet. I would have bought it too! Oh, one more thing to note. I sent the parcel to my son's office (different from my credit card name and address) and it appeared with my name on it rather than his. Hope this helps...

Fast delivery of perfect Christmas gift
I was pleasantly surprised that the Christmas gift I ordered was delivered in days to me in the Chicago area. The shipping fee was reasonable and I was able to track the package all the way. By contrast, something I ordered from another company that was shipped from the UK took 3 weeks!
