Game locked out during lockdown

Game locked out during lockdown

I've played the sims since Sim City and sims 1. Recently I had to make another account because my original one expired from absence of use. Set up a tempory account to re buy base game and Eco living. With friends help, got my old account back with all other sims 4 games to date. Haven't played on a couple of weeks and it seems my reset account has now expired. What I don't get, is I had set it to keep me logged in and got a login screen today and expired credentials. Please fix this, it's the only game I have and I'm not that knowledgeable of these problems. Playing sims has actually helped me in lockdown but please notify gamers if they need to return to the origin account if it's nearing expiring.

From my experience of using Origin

From my experience of using Origin, there isn't many things to say about it because I literally love their games the sims and its easy to find things you're looking for etc other games but a feature they need to add and I'm suggesting is a feature that allows us to sell an origin game just by one-click for example if someone like me doesn't like a game and they made a mistake of buying it they could always refund/ sell it.

Worst Platform ever.

Worst Platform ever.
Can't play single player games if their garbage servers are down.

Paying customers are punished and left to fix their games using Dlls to remove buggy overlays and even makes consider using cracks to simply get a game running.

Never buying an EA game again.

Scammers

After not logging in for a while they closed my account and won't reactivate my account. Now I can't access any of the games I bought.

0/10 will not download anything on Origins again

0/100

Hands down the worst store/launcher that I have ever used. Downloads are buggy, there seems to be new problems everytime I try to login to my account and it's just overall bad.

I remeber my Apex Legends download being stuck or something like that for DAYS. And when it finally completed, some buggy s**t happened and the whole update got deleted and it restarted. That's when I decided to just delete Origins of my PC for good.

Thank god many of the games on Origin is coming to Steam as we speak.

complete and utter trash

complete and utter trash. to think we are so stupid as consumers that we would, after buying a product, give said company more money on top of that just to be able to use our own product. i think with all the streaming services out there, these corporate morons are forgetting what owning something means. f cking idio ts, let me play the games I PAID FOR without garbage bloatware and yet another username and password for my manager to remember. i hate all these trash companies. a long time ago, we were the players. now we're getting played my dudes. gl

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. I wanted to log into origin because I just got a new laptop. I entered my Origin ID and password but it said I had to be online to log in. I went to origin.com and saw that they were updating their website so I thought that was the problem. Right now, two weeks later, I still can't log in. I tried every youtube tutorial ever. I paid for Sims 4 so I also want to be able to play it.

Gave 1 star so I could write the…

Gave 1 star so I could write the review. Really should be 0 stars. So my complaint. I purchased a Steam game only find that I MUST then register an EA Origin account to install and play the game. Worse, the Basic Origin account is $6.99 per month recurring which was not stated on Steam. Why would I buy a Steam game only then to open an account with EA that I don't want and have to pay for the privilege. I honestly am at a loss to know how either Steam or EA thought this was good marketing. Anyway, asked for an insta-refund from Steam and bye-bye EA.

captchas are a decease

captchas when trying to log in is getting out of hand and takes up waaay to much time. i just want to play a damn game, the amount of effort i need to go through to try out a few passwords to log in while having to take about 30 sec minimum for every captcha after a failed try is incredibly frustrating. i wish i didnt need origin to play a game i bought on steam.

Alright this site doesn't deserve 5 stars but..

Alright this site doesn't deserve 5 stars but I'll give them a break. First off origin games sometimes flat out don't work and I think the platform is killing those games from EA. I had trouble with Burnout Paradise Remasted from Origin(crashes at loading screen) then I was surprised to see it was on Steam oh but lo and behold the game did not work again because of the origin launcher BUT I finally got it to work using Nvidia graphics center, if you have a Origin game crashing then try that. I won't even begin with the customer service, im suprised they even had customer service but they help out as much as the users on the internet, meaning their knowledge of your issue is only if someone before had that issue. If not then you'll be doing 3 different things until customer service gives up on you, NOT JOKING, they will make an excuse just to hang up sometimes. Just buy the games off of Steam only if you really want a game but you'll be accepting the issues that you may run into when trying to start the game or mid-game, i speak from experience.

Absolute Junk

It's shocking how bad Origin is. Constant updates, although nothing seems to ever get fixed. Bugs in the launcher which interrupt gameplay. Sometimes games wont launch and I've never had so many games crash. Why do we keep giving these guys money?
