It is so disappointing. Constant lags, high prices, buttons that do not work propperly, lack of connectivity (even tho any other software is connected and works). Truly, truly bad app marketplace.

if i could give a minus 5 i would,dont think for one second this game launcher cares what u think.its so bad,i regret purchasing or even using it.save yourself the trouble and GO TO STEAM

Joined in 2007 after purchasing C&C Tib Wars.
Tried to replay 2020 and it had vanished from library.

EA disagree I never purchased the game and it was never in the library. I have just been a member since 2007 without playing a single game until 2014 with a purchase of Mass Effect 2. They say I may have purchased the game but possibly used steam (not in steam library)

I have requested "My EA DATA" a number of times and have been ignored.....

I believe this is a regular thing when reading forums etc.

Not even bothered anymore, but wont purchase any EA titles in future, and I really loved the C&C range

"Opps, well that didnt go to plan" I frequently get this annoying msg. Too many technical issues with the platform. There are also frequent updates, that literally change nothing, it looks the same, same errors, its complete trash. Support is non-existant.

I love how EA only added xbox controller support to battlefront 2, thank you for making it pop up with the wrong buttons if you use literally any other controller.

Terrible, it doesn't work for people without admin permissions, unlike steam which I would choose anyday over origin

This app is absolutely complete garbage Apex is such a great game mainly because of Respawn. Origin is complete garbage cant even download a 20gb game.

Horrible Experience, ban my account with no Warning, spoke with EA Support and made a reactivation request which was denied.

Never had these issues with Steam or Uplay or any other Platform.

I heard that EA games were going to Steam.
Steam I have not had any problems with.

Purchased some 2/3 years ago or in some cases, even longer from EA games/ Origin. I have not got one of these Origin games to work over a two year period. 17 Origin purchased games.

As I have previously had no problems with Steam, I re-purchased 4 already purchased EA/Origin games for a second time, this time through Steam.

Do they work? NO. You have to install Origin and use that blasted setup, at the same time as using Steam.
In other words, Steam has to go through Origin to play these games.
Over £ 40 extra pounds down the drain as the Steam games, as per the Origin/EA games , DO NOT FUNCTION on either platform.

Sorry Steam, but you should have checked that the games functioned on your system prior to taking money from the public.
Overall, as I see it, this smacks as fraud.

stupid dogs**t.. takes a lot time to load consumes all the internet .heavy usage of cpu and ram.. no good offline play. ea must replace it. they should make their own launcher like it was before

The launcher is a little bit clumsy, other than that, there are no problems with it.

Apex legends probably has some of the worst devs in the industry. They're interns who can't fix their bugs and PMs who only got the map right once with King's Canyon and are still trying to live of being a has been.

never works. it always takes 30min for it to actually open a game.

origin is a really bad app. it won't let me update my games and won't let me solve the problem it says i have. i have tried any possible way and i still don't get it. would not recommend at all. they suck lol.

I hate origin so much. I have weak wifi at home and all I want to do is play games offline. But like every week origin asks me to update and won't let me play my games until they're updated. This takes like 15 hours and never completes. I can't even play my games! The worst part about it is that the updates are so frequent and they add nothing to my gameplay! I just want to play my games. Hate it so much.

It's a gaming platform. You assume you'd get to launch games. It will not let you play the games you paid for... Unless you're willing to do a deep dive in the forums every other week to find out how to fix it

Origin keeps deleting my accounts for no reason. When i contact customer service i get informed they have absolutely no records of the email i have used to log in with the past 3 years. this has happened several times. I`ve lost a fortune on games that forces you to log into origin to play. Its pure scam
