Slow delivery, difficult to contact and not very helpful.

We purchased a hoodie from this store, we paid extra for express delivery of 1-3 days, however after 1 week the package had not arrived, I contacted the store on many occasions which they didn't respond, when I sent an email threatening to do a chargeback, they finally responded blaming new customs processes and UPS. Upon further investigation we found that the parcel was sent via UPS™ Economy DDP and not the Express delivery service which we paid £19.99 for. The store, according to UPS, didn't include all the required invoices to allow the package to clear customs so it sat there for around a week, with us chasing the store on a daily basis.

Every time we received an email from the store they were adamant that this was not their problem and it was someone else's, namely UPS, they were not willing to accept any responsibility although the only thing they did do which was positive was to refund the shipping, but we expected that because they didn’t ship it using the service we paid for anyway.

Please beware, from our experience they lie and charge customers for a service they are not providing and are very very difficult to get hold of.

Would leave no stars if I could

Would leave no stars if I could. Absolute shower of you-know-what.
Ordered an item on 24th December and still not received it on 13th Jan. No contact number on the site, you have to email them and just get an automated reply claiming that UPS are on to it. Which they're not, its still sat in the Netherlands where it has been for over 2 weeks.
Maybe Lance Stroll is delivering it and it's stuck in a gravel trap somewhere??
Do not give them a penny of your money.
