I ordered my bike online and it arrived in perfect condition really well packaged and protected, all set up & ready to ride! Excellent service and good communication from Pedal Revolution. Would highly recommend.

Oh brilliant. Couldn't fault anything went through all I needed to know about my new bike. Helped to load the bike into the car. Would definitely use again.

Great communication from ordering to delivery. Contact made with vendor to update contact number and response was very quick. Order was reported to be 15-18 days after completion of order. Delivery was received as directed.

Item well packed and as described. Hope fatsno front hub. What more to say but hope deliver quality goods as described for the purpose intended. Good price paid cheaper than other sites. I would recommend this vendor

Great customer service. During this time, it is hard to get bikes/parts/accessories. Although what I wanted at first had sold out, they took the tune to help me to find an alternative. They Customer service was great and the staff are knowledgable.

What a desperate shame. Has every opportunity to be a great place but one employee behind the scenes has ruined all the great work staff did at the front of shop. Rude emailer and doesn’t keep customers up to date when orders are late. Won’t stop emailing arguing his point!

Today I was told;
“ When you have a cooler head “ I should reread their emails.
Wow 😮
I have replied saying just the words “please stop emailing me”
Guess what .... more emails followed!!

As much as I hate trustpilot as they are not an honest website (from experience that is) I will do a review as we were extremely impressed with Pedal Revolution. Excellent service received from the Norwich branch. A bike was transferred over from the Gorleston branch to compare sizes and the staff were very helpful in making sure that she was comfortable with the correctly sized bike.

With bikes being in short supply, I ended up ordering a mountain bike online from the only place I could find a suitable bike in stock! But the service I received was excellent. After ordering, I received an email about when my bike would be built and delivered. My bike was fully built in the morning, couriered almost 250 miles in the afternoon and delivered the same day. It arrived very well protected in a huge cardboard box, with lots of foam padding and bubble wrap. Very little set-up was required and I was out for my first cycle that evening. Highly recommend.

34T Hope Retainer ring, as a higher gear alternative to the 32T I'm running on my 1 x 9 setup. Hard to find in stock at the moment, except from PR/FB, and competitive price and quick delivery. Very happy!
