First of all, i have never spent even close to this much energy on a feud with a company. I don’t enjoy arguing.

I placed an order for some clothes in Large, they were too small and had weird proportions. I returned the items, they gave me a giftcard and i made another order for clothes in X-Large, which fit like a tent. I returned that order as well, and they refused to pay me back.

After they started ignoring my emails, claimed it’s not a big problem that someone of average size and proportions cannot find clothes that fit, and closed the case, i tried using the European Consumer Network to get my money back (this means alot of work).

Apparently, since i ”accepted” a giftcard as a refund for the first order, they are not obliged to pay me back in any other way according to EU law. This means that you will never see your money again as soon as you have made a return and haven’t explicitly said that you do not want a gift card.

I have never in my life had problems finding clothes that fit, but none of theirs did.

Ordered shirt size L, received S. They let you pay to return product and also to resend the good size. Customer service is rude and not helpfull at all.

I contacted the support about merch i bought at Defqon 1 and broke within a short time.

I paid about 100 Euros for a bag and multiple things broke.

The support took ages to reply and after a few messages they just closed my ticket without even answering my last question.

Wrong article delivered but no apologies from the company.
Customer service doesn‘t answer questions oder doesn‘t answer at all. Very bad service.

Order received after two weeks for a high price of delivery.
No answer from the customer service AND hoodie received with a default on it, bad quality !!!

I recently contacted with their customers service and to be honest I was waiting different answer from them especialy when I am a Dediqated member, but it looks like they don't care. My complain was regarding the shipping info which I didn't received in time and I was asking if they can tell me when I can expect the parcel. How the team member reacted it's a shame and very dissapointing, if a loyal customer is asking for information they should help not just to copy the FAQ on to the email chain. Plus the price what I paid for the shipping is to much for and order which I receive after a week. Not friendly and poor customer service.

The shipping fee i 20 EUR, which in my opinion is way too high.
