The phone is absolutely trash I bought it on eBay and it's the worst phone I have ever owned...umi digi bison is the $h!tyest phone on the planet and will never own any of these substandard products again ever...and I will forever scream from the roof top's to warn others to not make my mistake and buy anything from this company......

WARNING complete scammers. Had issues with the phone right from the start and completely stopped working not even 2 months later. Umidigi-au-official are completely ignoring my messages and umidigi won't do anything to help. Absolutely scum of a company there phones are complete garbage

Essentially you get what you paid for. Low cost, lower quality, zero aftersales service/software updates. My recommendation is: spend $100 more and get a Samsung A-series instead.

Do NOT do business with Umidigi, their so-called rugged phones suffer internal failures, which makes the intended usage pointless. And their support staff is a joke. I will spare you the details of my problem, but you should avoid buying anything from this company or you will have problems of your own. You have been warned.

I ordered two smartphones. The Umidigi A11 pro max arrived with a blurred camera, The Umidigi A9 pro had the on/off button which stopped to function after 4 hours of operation.

AliExpress arbitred the claims in my favour, but Umidigi is not proposing anything (no repair, no return, no replacement, no refund, nothing!!!). I opened the claim 3 times, Umidigi is not doing anything and AliExpress reclosed the claims 3 times without solution. AliExpress is refusing to refund me, they said i have to find a solution with Umidigi...

Completely unprofessional companies, both AliExpress/Umidigi. Even after opening a claim for fraud/scam at the local police office, they still do not move. There is a collective action in France against AliExpress, many others victims...

This is even impossible to repair these smartphones at my charge in France, dixit 5 repair shops...

My negative feedback even did not appear on AliExpress...

WILL NOT WORK ON GSM (ATT) NETWORKS IN THE USA! FALSE ADVERTISING. Will not send return label even during warranty period. ZERO customer service by anyone that understands English. Will only be given 3G by service providers, but ALL 3G in the US is ending in Feb 2022. They will not answer emails or calls, or voice mail. Have been contacting them for months to try and get my money back - they ghost me. They need to stop these bad business practices. Horrible company - Buyer beware

I tried multiple times (since summer 2021) to get in contact about the warranty of my umidigi bison phone. It is damaged in a fall, although it is supposed to be rugged. I do not get a response, only a automated reply with non related faq.
I bought a new phone, because the camera is broken and the phone is no longer waterproof. Wich both are key features to me.

Offer 12 months guarantee but if you try to claim, they say their "corporate policy" is to only honour it for the first three months. Old-fashioned style business with no interested in repeat custom.

I bought two A5 Pro phones. They started freezing after six months. they became unusable. I created a ticket with the support and they never replied. They closed it without any explanation.

Never buy any junk from them again

I ordered an Umidigi Bison from the Umidigi Store via Aliexpress. They waited exactly 30 days to even ship my order. How I'm waiting for actual shipping as only the shipping label has been created. I ordered a Poco X3 and it was shipped immediately. I may switch to Xiaomi for the customer service. Maybe I pissed off someone at Umidigi, I don't care. I figured it would take as long, and I'll wait. I wonder if management looks at these complaints?

Excellent the best budget brand ever

My choice to buy the Umidigi Power 3 (two of them) came after going down the rabbit hole of learning what goes into making a useful phone in the US market. Spoiler alert: Most phones don't work here in the US. Especially the ones getting the best reviews.

I was going to order the Umidigi F2, but it was short one of Sprint's LTE bands, and my wife uses Sprint. Same with the Ulefone models Armor 6E, Armor 3W, & Armor 3WT. And the Ulefone Armor 7 was too expensive for me to buy two of them.

So after researching more, and with the help of kimovil.com , I found that, out of 7000+ models in the database, at 8.7, it had the highest price-performance ranking for the US market, although the iPhones were a near 2nd at three times the price. Its P60 benchmarks were nearly indistinguishable from P70 models, & at $146 apiece at dx.com , they were net-net-$108 cheaper than the other least expensive ones I had seen. The quad AI cameras still have me scratching my head. 64 GB ROM/4 GB RAM are adequate, while ROM is expandable by 256GB. And at 6150mah, the battery is surpassed by very few models, and lasts days on a charge with heavy usage.

Downsides? I ordered it with a US charger, they sent me an EU charger. I guess that's $0.86 (with tax) down the drain for an international plug adapter ...

Android 10 doesn't have the "EasyHome" home page option available in Android 7, so be prepared to design your own home screen ...

If you use banking apps, DO NOT TRANSFER THEM FROM YOUR OLD PHONE. Do a clean install & initialization, or you'll be driving all over town to your banks to get all your accounts unlocked ...

FINALLY, there have been complaints about Umidigi's slow deliveries. The Power 3 was affected by those delays as well, and the tracking services were of no use. What I've managed to piece together, is that when the Power 3 and the F2 went on presale, first off they were inundated with orders -- several months worth all at once. As they got ready to ship the first batch, it turned out that certain parts were needed to complete the orders. The ones they had were not adequate, and though backups were multi-sourced, NONE of the suppliers were able to ship to them in a timely fashion. Are you getting a picture of Lucille Ball trying to work a production line here? Eating the chocolates? Yeah ...

Then, once it is time to ship from the mainland factory to the Hong Kong shippers, the tracking number is assigned as the package is loaded onto the shipping container. That means that the first package loaded just sits there until the container is fully loaded & sealed. After that it gets shipped to the exporter (DX, AliBaba, GearBest, etc.), for confirmation, customs clearance, and final international shipment. Then it goes through a similar process on this end. Note that US shippers are no different -- I once waited 5 weeks for an "overnight" shipment from Musician's Friend for this same reason. (And no, I have not ordered anything from them since.)

So I am quite happy with this phone, it will keep me going until 5G becomes a necessity 3-4 years from now.

Sorry to say .but can't say anything good about this company.
Ordered an F2 phone through ALI EXPRESS on pre-sale on 14-10-2019 and as of today 13-1-2020 have not received it. 3 months.
I have had false information regarding tracking number, been told false information about my packet being delayed by the riots in Hong Kong .I have sent numerous messages to their so called support and not received one reply.The company issued an apology on the 19-12 2019 through Twitter and promised posting by 22 Dec, but as yet I have received no information re postage or tracking
So beware of Umidigi products ..Zero customer support on any media no information regarding postage BUYER BEWARE

Excellent service.. elegant design

I ordered within 2 mins of f2 being on presale. 2 yes 2 months later I have yet to receive even a tracking number. Disgraceful customer service. Was told phone was being shipped on Dec 07th. Wasn't. Emailed umidigi support for second time and got no response. Umidigi you have the worst customer service ever. Your reputation cannot get any lower. Has anyone in the World received the f2 when they ordered presale? Do not use this company.

email two weeks old: - they did not send me my purchuased pruduct - phone F2, see their answer below... and it is not their first lie, they were promising to ship product for more than two months but never send it!
I will never purchuase another product with Umidigi within my entire life and as well I will not recommend it to anyone.

Today no shipment was made, again...

Took my money for F2 phone more than 2 months ago and they are refused to send me my paid phone - actually they promised send me phone week ago and nothing. Just check Umidigi F2 - no one in the world received or get shipped phone, but i have proof that they lied me about shipment date of MY order couple times.
