Badly let down by this company. Our voluntary group provides a mobile hot meal/drinks service for homeless people. Moved in the unit in October. Out of the blue we were notified by email that the unit was closing and we were given a week's notice to vacate our unit. This has been a disaster for our group and has really negatively impacted on very vulnerable people. No further communication from the company since the first and only email

The facilities are fantastic even if it not the easiest place to access with being in the busiest part of town. I would happily use them again if I needed storage

Becky and Abbie helped me out in a stressful time for me.
Becky gave me the local van man's number. Responded quickly to all my emails. They have been fantastic and will recommend to anyone who asks for a storage facility.

Although the girls are great here; always helpful, friendly and polite they really couldn't do enough to help! there is an ongoing issue with the toliet facility here which needs addressing!! Please storeaway invest in a cleaner or take up regular cleaning/monitoring of the toliet.

Needed an urgent storage and found storeaway on google so I thought I’d give it a try and it was good. My experience was smooth from start to finish and the customer service there was being kind and helpful throughout even when I was being annoying and keep calling to ask them questions. I will definitely use again, it’s convenient

I’ve had an amazing experience with storeaway at Liverpool, it’s in the city centre which makes it a great location to go anywhere from there. Abbie from the reception team has been very helpful and friendly!

The staff were very professional, informative and really friendly. The price was competitive and clear, with no surprise additions that I have had with other storage facilities. The storage building and locker were new and clean and the app was really easy to use. The only drawback is not being able to park outside during certain hours but I was impressed overall.

I was happy with my service, things were explained properly and I was given the right assistance. However, I will advise you to enquire into the insurance price just to avoid being shocked by your total price like I was LOL
