I got the exact battery I needed. The information on the website was very clear and easy to follow. I'd buy from them again for sure.

The service was excellent and communication was very prompt. When I received the product and was not satisfied, the company quickly refunded the full amount. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Battery arrived on time, however it was faulty. After following the installation instructions the battery would show 0% and would never charge. Store staff was friendly at the beginning and provided additional installation instructions. They also didn't work. When I requested a replacement the company ghosted me. Eventually I got a refund through sending a complaint in PayPal.

I'm writing this review as the company sent me an email (forgetting I had a bad experience) and offering 3 Euro for writing a "positive review".

Appear to have good quality products. I'm totally satisfied.

I ordered a unique shaped laptop battery that only a few companies seem to stock. Akwardly the computer that I thought had a battery issue was actually the port on the motherboard being faulty and I ultimately had to cancel the order. Thankfully they refunded my order without any questions or fuss it was easy and I look forward to purchasing from them again in future.

StoreBattery provided a replacement power supply for my relatively new laptop. It works just fine and I am very happy because without it I would have had to throw the laptop away and buy a new one as I was not able to find any other source that would fit the laptop.

Ordered a Laptop Battery and it arrived in good time and did what it was meant to do until one day my Laptop wouldnt recognize it anymore. Joe replied promptly to my email and suggested ideas to fix the problem. This didnt work so he then offered a replacement product or refund. I was then out of the country so requested a refund which arrived back to my bank promptly.

The correct battery to purchase was easily identified, it arrived within the predicted period and worked perfectly.

Good quality items, only downer was the long delivery time.

I could not find the right laptop battery anywhere in New Zealand, but then from storebattery I ordered the item and it arrived within 3 weeks. Identical copy of the original battery and working well. Good price. Will use them again,

I was able to communicate with the company via email. I had useful replies. So many companies are faceless. This one has been great.
Battery arrived. Took a bit of time with Chinese New Year and covid and so on. But it is installed and working.

Good customer service. Sunny checked whether an item that had slight scratch on t would be ok, but I was not concerned about the scratches but concerned why it would have scratches on it. Sunny made sure to send one in perfect condition. Freight was a little bit slow but this was typical at them moment because of the pandemic hoax that all global and local freight can have delays. Tracking confirmed this as the item was sent out but all the hold up was in the freight companies storage airlines and customs. I recommend this company.
