I purchased these ear plugs to help me hear my voice whilst singing on-stage. I can still hear the monitor fold back and on-stage sound, but these plugs really help isolate the voice in my head allowing me to accurately pitch and help me overusing or pushing my voice. Post gig, I no longer experience any ill effects such as hoarseness.
