I know from reviews the product is amazing, but the slack service of StoreDJ who failed to provide the mandatory activation code for the product, despite five days of saying they were rectifying the missing code (although Slate offered a new code for them for $99 which they ignored) I couldn't operate the product. On day 5 they supplied a code which did not work and had to return it. to the shop. I have now gone to a real pro audio company, Soundseasy Ltd, who have supplied a working unit.
