Disappointing Experience with…

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Storeenda

I placed an order for a pair of jeans on April 12, 2025 through Storeenda’s website.

After waiting for weeks with no delivery, I contacted their customer service, only to be told that the jeans had already been bought.

This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional.

I do not recommend Storeenda.

I orded a pair of jeans on the 18th of…

I orded a pair of jeans on the 18th of April. It was expected a delivery of between 5-7 days. Today it is 29th of April, and I have still not heard from them. No confirmation that the package is on the way. I have sent multiple emails, but no answer back.

Update 30. april : sent another e-mail with the proof of my order, but still no reply from them.
