Do not buy from this company as it is a nightmare to even try and send the item back if it’s faulty or doesn’t fit . They won’t give you a return address or phone number for uk customers. They are an absolute joke

Terrible experience, i ordered an disnt receive a month and a half, they had a problem with my address and no one send me an email or a message, they are always not available on the live chat, not responding to emails, terribllleee!!!

Big Red flags with Storelli's customer service.

Being a branded of such high quality products , I sent Storelli an enquiry around sizing of different items on October 17th expecting equally great customer service in line with their premium quality products and brand, as of November 1st...never heard from them.

If that's what their customer service is like before you buy their products, big question marks of post sale customer service.

Ironically, I constantly get emails about buying their products so from the looks of it so far at first impressions it looks like a brand that is just focused on selling your product but no customer service when you need them, even for presale general enquiries.

Trying to return item, went thru returns process online and have been waiting on confirmation email from Storelli for 2 weeks on how to return. Have sent numerous emails and tried chatbot. But getting ghosted. Rip off company.

Ordered an item for delivery to the UK and only when I had to return it they told me I had to send it back to the USA. I took screenshots of all their webpages and there is no mention of this in the T&Cs or return policies. I will report them to the online anti fraud. They should not be allowed to sell in the UK.

Don't expect to be able to contact the company via chat, email or phone. Pretty much yelling into the void. They will get back to you eventually... took me six days over chat and email to get a response. There are no reviews to read on their website, now I know why. It's too bad, because the products are unique and pretty good quality. Expensive, because they are niche. Wish they had services to go with it.

Signed up for their email promising 15% off on the first order a week ago. The emails keep coming through,but no discount code. I contacted customer services 3days ago, but still nothing. They are happy to bombard you with emails daily, but not so happy to fulfil their promises. I am concerned that will happen if there is an issue with the order.
