I ordered a few new bras at the end of March and received them the first week of April. I wore one of the bras 3 times and it broke. I immediately called Lane Bryant and was told there was nothing they could do because I had worn the bra. I told them the bra was defective and they said they do not back products after they have been worn, I tried to explain that you would not know if the bra was defective if it wasn't worn. I will never buy bra's from them again. I have purchased their bras for 20 years, and now the quality sucks!!!!

There is no way to get in touch with customer service, as they don't answer chat, text, or phone (they just hang up after a long wait). Stay far away.

I ordered from Lane Bryant twice in March 2026 and once in April 2026. I ordered bras 38G a sports bra the second and third order was 38G t-shirt bras. Now for each order they sent me 38D bras with a 38G tag in them like I don't know the difference in between cup sizes

I frequently order from Lane Bryant, but my favorite things are bras and underwear. They are designed to last and give full coverage.

This is a warning! I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for over 20 years so I am saddened to not use them anymore. I went to check my bank statement online and someone had purchased something for 28.85 that morning at lanebryant.com. I knew this had to be a mistake because I paid for my pickup order on November 10th and the purchase was the 20th when I picked it up from the store. Called them and they had no record of the purchase. CONVENIENT! My bank informed me what time it was purchased and the exact amount. They also let me know my card info was stored on the website. I guess this small purchase was a test to bigger things. But I work to hard for my money not to keep up. Needless to say to the thief I cancelled my card and my money was refunded. She won’t be stealing anything else. Hate thieves !!!! The thief had to be an employee of the company so be careful people. Remember to remove your card info after every purchase. The cacique underwear band around the top needs to be stronger, They fold down easy. uncomfortable.
