Quality is going down hill
I ordered a few new bras at the end of March and received them the first week of April. I wore one of the bras 3 times and it broke. I immediately called Lane Bryant and was told there was nothing they could do because I had worn the bra. I told them the bra was defective and they said they do not back products after they have been worn, I tried to explain that you would not know if the bra was defective if it wasn't worn. I will never buy bra's from them again. I have purchased their bras for 20 years, and now the quality sucks!!!!
