I have not forgotten these fraudsters who

It’s been more than two years and I’m still waiting for my purchase and or refund. I don’t know how these gangsters are able to continue stealing unsuspecting customers hard earned money. They are internet bandits and the Florida State’s Attorney General should investigate and shut them down. This is a warning!

Refused to pay me $8k in payouts

I had been selling on StoresGo when it was Eishops in 2022 and there were issues with payouts and later, they rebranded and sent me an email that it was under new management so those issues wouldn't persist.

It was all a lie. Fast forward, I was told payouts will be every 2 weeks but either on the day of payout or a day before, they'd tell me there's an issue. And now here's the case since March 2025 I am yet to be paid over $8000 owed me from selling products and shipping them myself.
Fedner Alcius, the owner, is an absolute scam as he told me there was an issue with their merchant account and they were going to resolve it but the website is still running and receiving payments for orders.

They ceased replying to my emails but whenever I send an email from a different account, their CS replies which means there's a deliberate effort just to take my money. BBB contacted them too and they refused to respond.

If you are seller and thinking of selling on their marketplace or currently selling there, just find a better place because they'll find a way to dupe you and you'll regret it. I know I am not the only seller they've swindled but I know it will catch up to Fed Alcius.

Took my money - No Communication - SCAM

Ordered products and they charged my credit card immediately. I did not receive acknowledgement Email. Tried to contact Storesgo to ask. Sent several Emails and called their 800 nuber and left message. To this day I have not received a call back. I now send an Email asking for status every day for almost 2 months without response. This is a SCAM.
