Product and process were perfect, i wasn't sure if i did the mistake or at the moment of the purchase the address for shipping was inverted, i call customer service and the person said that she will take care and the packege was sent to the billing ad

All went well except for a little hiccup with delivery, they had to switch trucks and it changed the delivery day. We had the assistance there for the original day and time and it was a scramble to be sure we had the assistance with the new time. All did work out!

The box came in a complete mess. An entire section of components was missing because the box had no structural integrity on one side. We did get replacement parts sent to us once we informed customer service. This is the 4th time we've ordered from your company and the box arrives about to completely disintegrate. I'm not sure if the problem is the boxes you ship it in or the delivery service you use. The item itself is great. Very sturdy and exactly what we needed.

Getting Hangers Organized!

Purchased 2 hanger stackers for our Prom Closet! Durable, easy to put together and they work perfectly! This is by far the best way to keep hangers organized!

Normally I am happy with this product. This was a reorder. However, I still have not received my order and have been asked to fill out this survey. Not good business protocol.

Ordering was straightforward, products were well represented and as described. The order was shipped in a timely fashion and the products exceeded expectations!

Ordering was super easy. The package came and panels were broken in half during delivery, but customer service was super efficient and got me a replacement just in time for setting it up. I will not order from their website again. Took over a week to get an order to me....WITH me paying plenty of shipping $$. We are only 50 minutes away....a week shipping is ridiculous. I used to be a loyal customer, when my orders were received the next day. Not any more. And since I do not drive that way, I will continue to order online....with another company who has much better turn around time.

First use of the pricing gun was not successful. On a run of plastic wire tabs, 20% were failures. I emailed your company about he problem asking for authorization and instructions for a return and never got a response. Please advise return instructions.

Between both boxes I was able to put one hat rack together
