This store is such a joke. Can anyone tell me the return address to this store. They won’t return my emails so I can get a refund, but I need to know where to send the jacket too?

The shoes were the wrong size and there was a fault with one of the shoes. Then began an impossible quest to mail them back for a refund. This company has NOTHING TO DOVWITH SYDNEY. The name of this store is completely false and misleading
Believe all other reviews. Still chasing my refund after a couple of months. No way to phone them, only respond to emails. Won't refund my money even though I have posted back. Item absolutely nothing like advertised and cheap cheap material that you would never wear. I have filed complaint to consumer affairs. They say it’s still being delivered but it’s stuck in customs and company won’t receive it so it’ll never get delivered.
If I could give no star I would but unfortunately it's not an option. I ordered size 9 and they were to small, didn't even fit my mum who is size 8.
The sizes are totally incorrect.
To try and return the products they make it very hard and it's not worth the return expense. I should of trusted my gut that they were to good to be true.

Don’t trust this store, they’re sizing are not correct and they’re return process is a joke they keep promising information for returns with very polite emails that are a ploy because they don’t provide the relevant info to achieve a return and refund. I will never trust this store again. Don’t waste your money
Ordered a pair of cargo pants. Absolute awful quality ( junk). I wanted to send back and get a refund. Thus wasn't an option, just giving me options of keeping this rubbish and getting 15% off my next purchase. I told them I will not be purchasing any more junk from this store. Just warning everybody, do not risk buying this crap, when you cannot return
Poor customer service, products not as described and of very poor quality. No return address supplied after requesting this information so sent it back to return address on parcel and they would not provide refund. Company is in China, nothing to do with Sydney and goods take over a month to arrive. Stay away from this company.
the product that was delivered looked nothing like the product advertised. It wasnt the same shade, quality (polyester not wool) or design ! shocking , and when I asked to return the item for a refund, they tried several times to convince me to take credit. I paid half of the cost of the garment in postage back to China and wait to refunded. Dont purchase anythign from them. it wasnt worth 10% of what I paid
