The shipping from Taylor’s team is quite hit or miss but the it’s really the only problem I’ve ever had with them. I would say the quality is average for artist merch and is quite pricey

Slow dispatch and delivery
Ordered a hoodie for my partner and decided to pay for the upgraded delivery as the item was in stock.
The item took 5 days to be dispatched despite it being in stock, and the email actually mentions it can take up to 20 DAYS?!
Really poor service and begs the question how long would it take if I hadn’t paid for the upgrade!
Seems lots of reviews on here are similar in nature so bear in mind when ordering!
Appalling customer service towards a 16 year old
My 16 year old bought and decided to return a Taylor Swift Eras Stage christmas bauble. Despite providing all of the evidence regarding the order, its receipt, the return and confimation that the return was received, my daughter is still to receive a refund.
My daughter also returned a CD / with necklace, because the necklace had broken. Same thing. Despite providing proof that the returned item has been received, she is still to receive a refund. This has been dragging on for several weeks. They don't even bother responding to emails.
I am sure Taylor Swift would be appalled to think that her fans are being treated in this way. This is my daughter's hard earned cash and totals about £50.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. I’ve ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas. It was in stock and I ordered it 2 weeks ago. It has still not been dispatched. I have written to customer support three times now and been told ‘it’s being processed’. As the official UK store for Taylor Swift Products it’s hugely disappointing.

Total scam company
Ordered on 14th August Taylor swifts new album pre order. It was released on the 3rd of October, they said they dispatched it on the 6th. It’s now the 2nd of November and Royal Mail are still awaiting the parcel. Absolute joke of a company, you email and they just say when it was dispatched. I want a full refund

Really upsetting experience
Really upsetting experience. My wee girl is the biggest fan os tS and ordered a couple of things but then was given duplicates as a birthday gift, so the 2 items bought were returned. I’ve been waiting now 6 weeks for a refund & no one seems bothered to help, or understand. They seem to feel they are above consumer law. Will never shop here again, so angry and disappointed!
From bad experience to good.
2 years ago I really had a bad experience with the UK store. And the customer support definitely wasn’t helpful and took ages to respond. I didn’t want to order here anymore.
Last year, only the UK had things I wanted.
So I took a shot again, twice. Again my experience wasn’t that good either because of missing an item in my order and missing package. “BUT”, the customer support definitely upgraded for me. They were very helpful, comes with solutions and responded quickly. I got most of my items and it changed my view from the last time.
Because of this, and I promised them If I receive my last item safe and well, I’ll give them 5 stars. Also because they upgraded so much better than 2 years ago. Keep it up this way UK Store and Customer Support!

I returned a vinyl in perfect condition - no packaging removed, and returned it within the allowed time period, and provided proof of return, but the person handling my query ticket just closed the ticket with the below message! I'm still waiting for a £40 return! Will not purchase from here again.

Perhaps I’ve just come off lightly but I’ve always had a fantastic experience with the customer service and ease of the UK Taylor Swift store. I always receive a reply when sending an email and always receive a solution. The only issues I’ve ever had are the classic delayed pre-orders and one time a damaged item, aside from that I find the experience very pleasant. The delivery is also very quick when items are in stock. A big thumbs up to the customer service team who must work very hard replying to us Swifties. Thank you.
The company claims taxes in the order
The company claims taxes in the order, but do not make the necessary documents, so my national custums service claims taxes on top of the taxes (as they should given the circumstances. The company’s answer after 12 mails forth and back is that they can’t make individual papers and can’t influence national customs. So using this company will include double taxes. When this happened with Taylor Swift’s US site, they were curtious og refunded the second taxes. So you are better of of using the US or the German sites. By the the TS merchandice are high quality - highly recommended.

Just another 1 star review. Is this company even legitimate? Pre-ordered TS new album for my daughter's birthday and still waiting for it to arrive. Would have got it faster on Amazon so will stick with them from now on. Shame on you!

I was reluctant to order because of the negative reviews but I risked it for my daughter as she really wanted the taylor swift Cardigan... We literally ordered it and paid for the middle delivery and it arrived within 2 days and she loves it

Item not despatched with 24 hr delivery when ordered. Took a week to despatch, we will see if it does arrive! Charged £7 for fast delivery. Customer service is appalling, once an item payment processed, can't cancel. Just don't accept parcel when it turns up. Not a very professional run company, can't recommend.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my Daughter in December for a Christmas present. Didn't arrive. Multiple emails, multiple apologies, delay with suppliers etc. Now got an email informing me the order has been cancelled and will be getting refunded. Not to worry though, I'm getting a gift code I can use to buy something else from the store with. Just looked on the store, grand total of 6 items available to buy, all just variations of the new album in vinyl, cd or cassette. Waste of time. No merch whatsoever. Dreadful store, avoid.
