Horrible, Fraud, Waste of $

We signed up for the Traffic Booster $500/month plan. According to their website, this should generate between 700-1400 visitors.

We received only 116 visitors. That's $4.31 per visitor - not sale or engagement, just visitor. Incredibly disappointing. While they are quick to respond to concerns and questions, they take no ownership in their product and are quick to blame the customer. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY.

I understand that revenue generated from paid-for-click advertising can vary, but Storeya failed to provide the minimum amount of visitors that they advertised.

I'm so happy I found Storeya and the Traffic Booster:-)
I'm getting more and more people to my website which means more sales. This is exactly what I was looking for.
I have some experience with Facebook ads but never tried Google AdWords before, so this has been a huge time saver for me. They take the stress out of online marketing!
I would give more than 5 stars if I could, their customer service is amazing! I'm getting quick answers from my account manager, her name is Emma Harper, and I feel like she's a part of my team

LOVE THIS COMPANY!

One of my friends recommended me to give StoreYa a try.
There are a lot of marketing companies out-there so I wasn't sure what so special about them, but once you sign up and install the first app you understand why..They made is so simple, I'm not a coder or designer, so I needed the apps to be very simple to use.

At the moment I'm using a few of their apps: Traffic Booster, Coupon Pop and a Facebook shop.

My current ROI with the Traffic Booster is 7 which is awesome! much better than the campaigns I did for myself.
The Coupon Pop helped me to collect around 3,000 emails in about 3 weeks and the Facebook shop helps with the product exposure, not sure if it drove sales so far..
I'm getting quick answers from my account manager, her name is Emma Harper, and I feel like she's a part of my team.

I would be happy to have A chat/phone option, but their email support is fast.

Traffic Booster is amazing, a must-have app!

I filled a short set up form about my site and target audience and from that point StoreYa's marketing team took control and started driving traffic to my site. That was soooo easy!

I also tried their support just to see how quick and friendly they are - I got a great response to my email, this is always important when building a new relationship with a company!

I highly recommend the Traffic Booster!

Their support is A+++, I got assistance from Emma Harper, she's great.

5 star for customer support

I had a few issues with their Coupon Pop but they provided a quick reply and were also very kind to help me with my pop up design. I think it is very important for apps to have strong customer support in order to help paying customers with issues so I appreciate the help in solving our issue.

amazing apps to gain more traffic

They offer amazing apps, friendly to set up and very easy for our visitors to use.
I easily collect emails and increase my Facebook fans on a daily basis. I highly recommend StoreYa.

FRAUD

Simple and sweet:
Their traffic booster advertises 500+ monthly visitors for $100 a month and I literally got 1 visitor as a result of their $100 campaign for September.

Don't believe me? Here's my analytics: imgur.com /a/GPCTw
(If you're wondering what the other storeya is, it's from August when I did the $25 for $100 deal. Got about 8 visitors from that. Would have cancelled but I forgot it was on auto payments)

To speak further on that, I asked them to refund the $100 a hour after I realized I got charged, and they told me I was "Too late."

???

And before you assume it has something to do with my site:

I've posted about this on their Facebook as well, only to have my comments hidden/deleted with no responses.

If you've been cheated by this company as I have, note they work out of Germany and Germany does NOT take these types of issues well. Go ahead and report them: verbraucherzentrale (google them)

Stay away from Storeya..

If I could give a zero star I would. I have been charged for another year, when this was cancelled in May of this year. I wasn't aware of it until the receipt was sent via email. I have had numerous replies from them pretty much saying what others have said. I am seriously considering taking this further. I have asked for a refund for the coming year, but they are basically saying I'm not entitled to it. In my opinion they have stolen from me so the money's lawfully mine. They are criminals and I would seriously consider not using them, be very careful if you already are.

Fraudulent business - WARNING!

Like previous poster - I trailed and cancelled their product/services.
Their interface confirms the cancellation - even asking for feedback.

However they do not honour the cancellation, they wait and debit PayPal regardless. In my case they did it twice. They did not contact me until emailed them - their response was pure spam, claiming "We only charge happy customers". Then they try to ignore you.

Disgusting operation, one of the worst I've encountered.

Frustrating but not completely terrible at the end

I did use some of the applications from StoreYa. They did not work at all in my case, and I canceled the service on time to avoid charges for next month. However, they did charge me for the next month claiming that I did not cancel app. Print Screens of my account on my computer were completely different from what they had. According to them I never canceled app, although it was clear from what I see on my account that I did. I was very upset that StoreYa originally did not want to issue a refund. However, after 3 weeks of email exchange with their contact person
( there is no phone contact on the web), they did refund my payment in full.

very bad customer support

my trial period finished, and without any notice they cut from credit card
the annual fees!!!

and when i ask to pay only for one month they refused
and they insist that this is a policy !!

what this kind of policy that will take the hole money even if i want to unsubscribe !!!
