My first tattoo , so a tad apprehensive, but put at ease straight away by Sam Marshall’s skill , professionalism and knowledge.
A lovely person and an amazing, talented artist , I did not feel a thing ! I could have dozed off 😂. Result a beautiful , delicate , detailed memorial tattoo,it’s so special and I’m over the moon chuffed to bits with it.
I’ve had soo many compliments and am constantly recommending Sam and Stories and Ink . Brilliant aftercare , one week later and no probs , beautiful piece of art , thank you 🙏 😊❤️xx

Just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on the product and Alex from the CS team, after making a purchase through Amazon marketplace both purchases of the cream and foam wash came damaged which of course is not the companies issue just wanted to flag this as I know these things can happen.

I contacted customer service just to give them the heads up and my issue was solved within 24 hours!
The cream and foam itself is absolutely fantastic!
Credit where credit is due though as it really is a game changer to the tattoo healing process and the ease of use is basically top notch !I find it so easy to use and it provides that extra layer handiness to use to clean and moisture while I’m working.

Insanely good products, even better customer care 10/10!

Forgot to reschedule my delivery as I had not used as much product. I was unable to do so in time but Ed and the team were more than accomodating to help me resolve this.

I returned an order as it wasn't needed, havnt recieved a refund and my 2 refund request emails have not been responded to. Communication is horrendous

I loved their products but their customer service is terrible. I’ve tried so many times to cancel my subscription and had no reply - have even messaged through Facebook. Now I keep getting emails that my card payment isn’t going through - which isn’t exactly a bad thing as I didn’t want purchases to go through anyway - but the emails keep making me worry that I’m suddenly going to get a payment coming out for products I don’t want. Their team is impossible to get hold of and it’s a real shame because their products are lovely. Sorry Stories and Ink, I really wanted to write a nice review

Products are second to none customer service has been excellent throughout

Have been using there products on a daily basis for a while now they definitely keep my tattoos looking like new even my oldest ones

I am seriously concerned about this company and what they show their customers.
Three weeks ago I had another new tattoo and after seeing these creams on IG purchased the artist set.
After one application of the aftercare cream the tattoo scabs blew up like bubble wrap and leaked ink and gunk everywhere. To stop the mess I had to use clingfilm. After ten minutes of using cling film I looked at my arm and the entire top of my arm had slid off. The tattoo then kept bleeding everywhere. It took Dettol to heal it after it started to smell weird from a possible infection.
I left a 3 star review of the products on their page 5 days ago and guess what, it hasn’t been posted.
This makes me wonder how many other negative reviews they are hiding?
The daily moisturiser seems okay but smells really strongly like a sun cream, so if you want to wear perfume or use another body cream elsewhere you end up with a potent mix of overpowering smells.
As for the aftercare cream, don’t touch it, for new tattoos I would recommend Palmers cocoa butter. Don’t risk your new ink.
For me, using their aftercare cream has left my tattoo needing severe touch ups, which I will incur the cost for as it was not the tattoo artists fault but mine for using a product they didn’t recommend.
My skin is also really thin and the sun on it hurts a lot. It is also taking a long time to heal to a point where I can get touch ups on it.
Would I recommend using them? No, their dishonesty worries me more than anything else.

After leaving a review on IG under this aftercare cream that scarred me, I received an ‘oh no, this shouldn’t have happened’, message, with a condescending tone about how they help even those who leave negative feedback (My arm melted what did you expect🙄). This was also a while after leaving it, not even days or hours as you would hope.
They told me to message them via email and they would get back to me. Fast forward to yesterday which had been a week since the email and still no reply. I messaged again on IG, you guessed it … no reply.
Yeah, desperate aren’t they to stop this happening to any other customer 🙈.
They didn’t even ask for a batch number of anything.
Seriously avoid this company like the plague. Their customer service is rated ‘-100’.

Cream made my tattoo super dry.
Customer service never answers.

Waste of money
£3 creams works better.

Honestly I have been so impressed with the quality and result from these products, especially the Aftercare Foam Cleanser & Aftercare Cream. I have had no itching which I normally suffer with, so winner winner! I will be buying both of these products again.

Been using stories and ink products for many years , at the start I was struggling to find right products for my new and old Tatoo’s , but when I found stories and ink products , it’s amazing ! All Tatoo’s healed nicely and still after 4 years looks great like new . Thank you guys !

I bought this based on the reviews online as I stumbled across this page recently had some new tattoos done and reviews were raving about how good it is and smells. Unfortunately, I didn't like it.. was bit sticky and the smell wasn't as amazing as I hoped. If I could have returned I would have. But I can't.

Honestly, I have tried all kinds of tattoo skincare and aftercare through out these years. And none of them really did anything for me. Some had weird smells, textures or left the skin feeling greasy or sticky...

But then I was introduced to Stories & Ink -- my entire world of tattoo aftercare changed! All of their products I can rate a solid 11/10! They are VEGAN and CRUELTY FREE! That is so important to me!
Everything smells amazing and I could never get tired of the scent their products have! Also none of the products leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky, but at the same time they do heavily moisturise my skin and my tattoos get this crazy saturation that I haven't seen since they were freshly done!

I absolutely recommend their products! Such a stan!
Especially if you are on the journey to getting a new tattoo, their Aftercare Duo is a lifesaver! No more itchy or irritated ink!

I purchased an Artist Kit and was really surprised by the quality of the product, my tattoos popped and came back to life. They smell great and are really reasonable price wise.
I thought it was all a bit of a gimmick at first but have been using the products consistently for a few months now and my tattoos (and my skin!) are loving it.

Been using Stories & Ink for several years now, most hydrating moisturiser everrr. Also the whole range smells AMAZING. Both my partner and I only use Stories & Ink aftercare cream for our newbies.

Wanted something to bring my older tattoos back to life and it did exactly that! Would highly recommend!

Great products and awesome branding.
The exfoliating shower gel smells incredible. I used the after care on my last tattoo and it healed up so much better than using other creams. Really nice light cream that glides on easily. Will be buying again for my next piece.

I bought the AFTERCARE CREAM and the VIBRANCY SERUM in August 2022.

The products are mediocre at best. One of them, I think the vibrancy serum (?) left a film on the skin that later rubbed off. The aftercare cream is meh, but you're better off using good old Aquaphor.

I'm giving it 2 stars because the package looks nice and they've put effort into designing it. But that's all there is.

I placed an order for some tubes of moisturiser and vibrancy serum and to be honest...its not great.

I used to use hustle butter before i tried this and hustle butter i found to be great and really does bring tattoos to life whereas this doesnt.

I got offered a free bag with my order which i also didnt receive i have emailed stories and ink but they dont reply.

Not only are these products poor but they dont even email you back 🤷‍♂️.

I wont be purchasing anything or these items i bought from stories and ink again,id suggest people who are thinking of buying the moisturiser and vibrancy serum from stories and ink...not to bother!

Spend your money on hustle butter or pimpd ink moisturiser and vibrancy serum as hustle butter and pimpd ink use the same ingredients pretty much and i found them to be alot better and actually work to bring out colours and moisturise tattood skin
