Kenton was brilliant with getting me a personal price for a large quantity of flooring and saving me a lot of money on items which I did not need and helping to make sure my flooring and extra items all matched. Excellent flooring and service I would happily use again!

The flooring was delivered to time and in good condition. The flooring was easy to install.

We recently had a stressful situation when our original flooring supplier let us down just days before our scheduled fitting. The delivery was supposed to arrive by Wednesday ahead of a Monday installation, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. On Thursday, we reached out to Stories Flooring, who invited us into the store to see how they could help. That’s where we met Daniel, who was absolutely fantastic from the very start. Despite our tight timeframe, he took the time to walk us through the available options without putting any pressure on us to make a rushed decision. Instead, he encouraged us to go away and make sure we were completely happy with our choice. I returned to the store the following day to confirm our order and asked if the flooring could be delivered on the first drop on Monday morning. Daniel assured me he would do everything he could to make it happen. Later that same day, I received a message from Daniel confirming he had arranged for the flooring, coming from Liverpool, to be delivered by 2pm on Saturday. To our surprise, it did arrive early Saturday morning! We are honestly blown away by the level of customer service we received. Daniel went above and beyond to help us out of a difficult situation, all while remaining friendly, professional, and completely pressure free. From start to finish, our experience with Stories Flooring, especially Daniel, has been exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

After visiting the warehouse we selected the flooring we liked. The next day we were told it was not readily available so we researched products and asked for samples to be sent out for two other products. There were problems with delivery which was due to poor courier service. Eventually we received 6 sample boards of each of the selected products. The floor has now been laid and the appearance is stunning. Hope it has durability to match it’s appearance, I’m sure it will.

They left paper boxes pallet outside and wasn't protected from rain

Excellent service. Nothing to much trouble. Could tell by my phone and email the samples I had previously ordered. And helped finalise floor area and packs needed.

I ordered some samples on the 3rd March, didn’t arrive, lost by EVRi so were resent by Amazon, also lost! A month later still no samples. Initially customer service was good but then no response to my contact. I gave up. Shame as I liked the look of the flooring as it was hopefully exactly what I’m looking for.

The good the bad and the ugly. The good it arrived on time and undamaged. The bad, there were no instructions on the particular click system in any of the boxes and I phoned the company and asked for some instructions was given a video on how to lay herringbone when this was not herringbone and did not give any advice on the particular click system .the ugly, I’ve laid lots of click flooring. This is the most unforgiving difficult and frustrating flooring system I’ve ever laid. It is not suitable for DIY or most professionals unless you’re being paid by the hour.

Fast delivery for the sample order, lovely quality sample, big enough to see how good quality it is. and nice done finish as well. Friendly and well communication, nice experience.
