Our company worked with Storm3 on a high impact sales role and couldn't have been happier with the results. THE TOP FIRM for digital health recruiting, bar none. They hustle, they calibrate resumes to be top quality (signal to noise ratio is amazingly strong), and they really care about the long-term viability of the candidate after placement. Have worked with them for multiple placements and will be sticking with them. They care and they work hard and they produce and they know digital health SUPER WELL.

I've been working with Storm3 for a little over a year to source candidates for multiple roles and they've been amazing to work with. They are very astute at finding highly qualified candidates and take a ton of the legwork out of sourcing candidates for a role. I've ran LinkedIn campaigns at the same time as having Storm3 source candidates, and have always ended up just using the candidates Storm3 provides as they're usually very aligned with our needs, as opposed to the wide range of quality we get through LinkedIn.
