I worked with Alice Scott from Storm4 on a search for a VP Commercial role. It was a high level priority search for our team and since the beginning of the search Alice and Katie were always very supportive and attentive to our needs. Time was of the essence as we were approaching the end of the year and the holiday season, so coordinating interviews in a timely manner and managing difficult calendars was an issue that Alice worked very diligently on and assured that we would be able to wrap up the interviews prior to the end of the year.

I was very impressed with the quality of candidates that we were introduced to. All had been very skilled and qualified for the opening and were properly prepared for the subsequent interviews with our team. It was a very difficult decision to make and sort through the level of qualified candidates we had, but in the end our team was very impressed with the placement we made and are looking forward to continue partnering with Storm4.

Storm 4 - specifically Clare Wheeler made a difficult career transition feel comfortable, seamless and impactful. I began working with Storm 4 and Clare halfway through 2023 when I had applied for a position that ended up not being the right fit. Although I was disappointed Clare kept me in mind and messaged me a few months later about a different role that was better suited to my background. She handled EVERYTHING from scheduling interviews, prepping me beforehand, relaying messages and being the central POC for the process. I was extremely grateful for her help as I was still working my previous job, and wouldn’t have had the time to sink into those logistics. I appreciated that although we were in different time zones, she was available to take my calls and offer assistance basically whenever I needed. She was not only professionally delightful but also genuine and personable.
