The PC works fine and is great, as advertised and is a great product! However the website advertised delivery within 1-2 working days on the specific product, but I was told after inquiring since there was no update after three days that this was actually falsely advertised as the real time was 7-10 working days, which disrupted my schedules.

Great PC specs and Great Price BUT - MISLEADING PRODUCT PAGES AND GENUINELY THE WORST WIFI DONGLE PROVIDED!
Let me start by saying I think in the main the website is easy to use and to understand.
Great choice of PCs for all budgets and got a great price for the system we have chosen.
PC was ordered 3 December with a timeframe of 7 business days and ordered within the required time for Christmas delivery for pre built systems.
PC went in to testing same day order placed.
Then absolutely 0 communication after this.
I contacted them 15 December to be told it was done but waiting for DPD to collect.
Item was delivered 17 December. 11 Business Days since order had been put in to testing.
Thankfully it did arrive before Christmas and in time to be able to get it set up, but the lack of acknowledgment of communication from the company regarding slightly longer timeframe was frustrating.
However the team were friendly enough when contacting them.
Now here is why I’ve rated this a four - so far so good in respect of the system itself and the person using it loves it.
I’ve read every single inch of the product page and it doesn’t advise that there isn’t any WiFi on the motherboard (it states WiFi 6 in connections and that’s all) and doesn’t mention any dongles or brands etc of dongles provided.
The instructions given in the box did nothing to clarify this either and were so vague and confusing.
The box had some cables but nothing to suggest what we did with them and the set up guide sent was genuinely instructions on how to connect the motherboard but with nothing to connect.
After some time we realised the cables are antennas but no WiFi card on the motherboard and nothing to attach them to on the outside - further more the PC did not pick up any WiFi signals at all.
Thankfully for the testing/set up we could use LAN but we cannot use LAN in the location this was to be placed in after set up.
We noticed a USB dongle and realised this was a WiFi - come Boxing Day once the PC was set up in the correct space, the WiFi dongle provided was AWFUL.
We have excellent WiFi. 700/900MB and all our mobile devices and laptops in the same room getting high speeds.
The PC? Less than 1mb.
I’ve just paid out another £45 for a decent WiFi antenna and guess what, 800mb speeds.
So it isn’t the PC of course. However the product they’ve sent us was unfit for use and quite frankly I’m disappointed that we spent so much time and money we didn’t need to.
If this is had been clearly labelled and stated with this information on the site or even given the option to add a WiFi card or choose a better dongle as part of the pre builds then the experience would’ve been better. But the cheap and nasty USB dongle provided was just awful.
So overall experience was okay in the main but delayed delivery and very disappointing hardware provided has made this a 4 not 5.

WiFi card not compatible with Windows 11.
As soon as I loaded the MSI driver bundle (as prompted by the computer) the WiFi kept dropping out. According to chat gpt this is because the bundle includes the latest realtek driver for the WiFi card. The driver is not compatible with windows 11 power management so the WiFi is frequently turned off to save power. I spent hours trying to fix this but nothing worked including solutions offered by Stormforce. In the end I had to buy a different WiFi adaptor. This is not what I expect from a computer that cost a grand.

Bought a Stormforce vortex Geforce RTX…
Bought a Stormforce vortex Geforce RTX 5060 Ryzen 5 gaming pc for our son for Christmas 2025 from very online November 2025.
Initially on Christmas day had some internet issues and some lag but by the next day all was sorted. Think it needed to properly run all processes etc before it was up to speed and not sure the WiFi adapter that came with pc was set up properly by us.
The PC is now connected to our broadband booster with ethernet cable, so not using the WiFi adapter and it is incredibly fast for our son's gaming.
Speed test shows 930mbps download and 106mbps upload and 8 ping.
The functionality and tech is brilliant.
Also it had three year warranty and support from Stormforce.
The machine looks great too and he loves changing colours of all of the inner lighting in it.
He says it is awesome for speed and no lag in Fortnite and other games.
He thinks the speed and clarity is so much better than his PS5 could attain.

There was a delay with some of the parts for my order, however Sarah kept me informed and up to date with when the parts were arriving through to when the pc was dispatched. The PC itself is fantastic as was the customer service - I would highly recommend the company/service and the product.

Starter Gaming PC
Ordered for my son who has been into gaming for the last few years but made do with a non-gaming laptop which couldn't cope with the demands when the games got faster. Order the Rogue as his first proper gaming PC and it is an absolute weapon of a machine. No more issues with lag at all.
