I have not received a deposit
I have not received a deposit, nor have they solved my problem, I will continue to define my opinions on Truspilot.com. It is really shameful, how many emails do I have to send? If there was a score of zero or negative, that would really be what I would give, do not put your money on this shameful platform.
Sixth email , more than 60 days have passed and the same situation has not returned my money. On April 10, 2024, with request number 0166997, I wrote to you regarding a problem I was experiencing. To this day, I still have not received a response from your StormGain Team, which is worth it, I have attached my credentials and everything they have told me, and when they attend to me something they ask me for them again, it is shameful. I still hope to receive a response on this matter since I am currently unable to access the platform since my access has been closed. I attach my identification documents and I currently reside in Miami. Furthermore, I include my identification document, and nothing, they don't say anything, only that they have been verifying for more than 2 month, and also that they are protecting my account, apparently they are protecting it, but for them to keep the money, incredible...., don't look for this platform, it is a scam.

Productive trading experience with StormGain!
I always received bonuses passively through futures trading on exchanges, but experiencing mining directly while earning bonuses felt refreshing and productive. I really enjoyed it! Also, I hope the trading environment becomes more user-friendly, similar to other platforms like Binance or Bybit.

Not my favorite
Withdrawal is far too complicated. I just want to get my money as easy as making a deposit. Fees over fees. Trading seems to have a mandatory leverage, at least I haven't seen an option to set it to 0. It wants it at least to be 5. The miner is a nice idea. Exchanging is easy. The $15 inactivity fee/month after 3 months is unacceptable for me as buy and hold. Sorry.
