You can't use your earned mining cash untill you deposit money,lets say if you have 20 usd in mining app you need 10 dollars for every 1 dollsr in mining usd so if u have 10 usd then you need 100 usd to claim 10 usd... that's not okay with me

What is the use of your mining feature if you can't even use it, the #1 reason why I had been using your app is because of the $10 usdt I can get for free when I use the miner feature, but thanks to a stupid and money hungry personel who had the stupid idea of puting a wallet Ballance lock that $10 usdt that I had painstakingly accumulated is suddenly unusable to me, F.Y.I I don't have the necessary capital to even deposit $1 to your app due to me not having a job, I was so looking forward to be able to do some trading using that mined usdt, Thanks for nothing stormgain devs. for implementing a idiotic policy and ruining what has been a very trustworthy and useful application.
I had wasted so much of my time and effort and it was all for nothing, unless there is an option provided to use that mined usdt without depositing any amount your app and your reputation is as good as dirt to me.

Good, Trustworthy, Has some issues.
It's great and all, accurate and trustworthy trading. I have used other accounts and made actual money so it works, but when i tried to withdraw my crypto from my miner about an hour ago i have received nothing. Very disappointed.
