Unreliable and Dishonest
They falsely claim reliable service and undetected residential IPs.
I have been using their residential proxy service for a few days in a production service, and the IPs are being blocked about half of the time.
I would be wary of this service.

Worst proxies I've ever seen in my life. Unstable proxies, no support, no refund, no reply to my emails. So stay away from this company. Bye bye my $160.
Very unreliable and terrible support
I bought 60 proxies from them and I used their services for +6 months. They got a terrible support, and their proxies randomly 3/4 of them stops working for multiple days every week and the support never replied to me even tho I sent them +10 emails and I used useless form.

What a joke this place is...Tried signing up for service, provided everything and then we receive a message "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance". Only there is NO Phone Number and NO chat to contact them. Now they have all my Credit Card information and I have nothing in return. Poor excuse for customer support.

A crooked site
Such a crooked site that I couldn't even sign up.
At first, no text messages were received. Then nothing happened when I pressed the "Next" button. After refreshing the page, the message "Too many attempts" started to appear.

Those do not answer. support after payment. Manually paid for the proxy via cryptocurrency to the wallet address that the support sent me in a letter. I sent them the transaction address, login and the package that I am paying for. In response, silence for a day.

The residential proxies are VERY easy to detect using any free and simple tool online and they come up as a detected proxy, which proxies like these should NOT do. Horrible service, would not recommend.

A good company although I couldn't use their proxies in my software they refunded as their promise (risk-free) you can buy and test it, if it works for you if not simply ask for a refund they have a 24 hours refund policy.

I could not get rid of Japanese, Chinese and South Korean proxies. Expectations are not met. What they have written on the website and on the forums is a lie.
Their proxies are often dirty junk.

Amazing customer service
I've recently had an experience with this proxy supplier. I've decided to buy a small quantity and to see if it will work for my needs or not. I've bought a residential proxies. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. The proxies are working well but exactly for my purpose it didn't. I'm using cameleo maybe bcz of that it didn't work so fast as I wanted to. Anyway after I couples of try I have understood that it's not my case and have contacted the storm support asking for refund. These guys respond to me within in hour in a very professional manner and have refunded the payment in the same day. This is a really good service.

A disaster: flaws in their code, poor UX, red flag for your data security
A disaster. I first asked 2 basic questions to make sure their service was the right one for me, as I am a noob with proxies. Never got any replies after a day, so I thought I would try their testing plan for $14 see if I can use it with my software. Their API for payments is/was either bugged or I don't know what the heck. Never got my payment processed. Looking closer after that, I saw there was many weird links/details in the UX / development of their front-end. That's a huge red flag for me regarding their back-end. Asked them about the failed payment and I was asked to put in my CC details. Trust me, you don't wan't to put your CC details in some website's database that's poorly coded, there probably is tons of flaws in their security. This site just looks extremely phishy to me now. I'll stay away for good. I don't want to be victim of some data breach.

Used their service for a year. Suddenly support stopped responding. Sent them at least 10 emails. Broke up with those morons.
