Con artists site

Con artists site, not a hia member and will not provide contract or records of spending. The 4 man team of handymen aren't skilled in any way and will do more damage than good, they try to hide their work. If they do your roof check it and use a ladder, anything out of sight won't be done. Re-pointing will have misaligned tiles, many tiles not even slotted in at all which any kid could do better.

Avoid these people at all costs and use hipages or something else to help find good people.
