Easy to order product online, delivered in a timely fashion, and product is good quality and so far doing what it is supposed to do.
Cheaper than hiring hard chutes and if it only lasts one job it is well worth the money..

The material is very strong and flexible

Product arrived 1 day late not within 48hrs as advertised. After 20mins of use the product started to rip and was unusable after around 30mins. These are made of canvas type material and are not suitable for a lot of building materials. I was using it for roof tiles which were de-nailed and it still ripped easily. I contacted the company same day and sent pictures etc.. There feedback was basically trying to baffle me with technical nonsense telling me I used it for the wrong materials, What else would I be using it for! Please read the description on their web site carefully before you purchase. A half price offer was made to me if I purchased another but I didn’t.

Good customer service when I rang up. Got a three part chute delivered in 48hrs.
Was really easy to set up and works a treat. Definitely use again.
Also quieter then rigid chutes.

Needed something to avoid 100’s of trips up to my first floor flat. Looked at renting something then came across this. Delivered in 2 days and works perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. Just need to work out what to use it for when the renovations are complete….

The story slurf is BRILLIANT!
Do not hesitate to get it if you need to get rid of rubble from height. Get the extension and the black feeder ring too. Absolutely superb

Uk Buyer's Beware
Product is probably good, But when I asked to return the item I was told the returns address in the Netherlands not the UK..
So why have Stortslurf UK when it can't be returned to a UK address??

Great product and excellent service, very quick delivery.
The tube works great and made it easy to get about 4tons of rubble from a first floor window onto a drive. Still in excellent condition and I see no reason why it shouldn't last for years. Nice and compact to store too. Highly recommended.

Only reason I gave 4 stars there was no information on the arrival date as I was going away- luckily it arrived on the morning before I left.

Ordered chute with delivery in 48 hours. A week later still no news and not responded to my message.

So simple and worked perfectly - then rolled up and put in the back of the van for next time - saved days of tracking up and down the stairs - highly recommend.

Easy to set up strapped to the top of a ladder hooked over window sill. Get yourself a pack of bungees as well
