I am creating book trailers for an 8 novel series. StoryReel Studios has done an excellent job of exciting story rendition and character continuity throughout the series. They have been responsive to adjustments to the visuals to be true to the story and sensitive to avoid spoilers in the sequential trailers. A job very well done which brings my story to life!

I asked for some changes to be made, where the figure had a weird shape (fat with boobs), they just made the screen black. The narrator's voice is not at all consistent with the concept and the dragon's voice makes him sound unintelligent. There are a couple of things that are excellent, so I know you have the technology and skill to do a great job, this isn't it. I asked for the final line of dialogue to be changed because it says epic proportion and the mythic proportion was too much together. I asked for it to be changed to friends forever or something generic like that. That wasn't changed. I'm disappointed because the opening is great, the landing on the cliff is great, then the water and swimming is wonderful. There is the face of a dragon that isn't even the face of Sparke and I sent a lot of images for you to use. Some things were done really well, but the things that are not make it unusable as far as I'm concerned. I'm sorry because I was very excited to use it as a promo. Will not use it as it stands.

I needed some adjustments made, and they were gracious enough to actually hear my concern and make the adjustments.

I ended up requesting a refund for my order and I will have to say that I was impressed with the customer service aspect in that the company was very understanding of my request to process a refund. Very simply, the book trailer did not meet my expectations and it would’ve cost me double to have it redone according to my specific requests. Therefore, I cannot either endorse the company or give them a negative rating with regard to the service I received. They stood behind their moneyback guarantee, and that speaks to their integrity.
