Ordered 5 flags, they haven’t arrived. No way of contacting by phone. Have emailed numerous times without reply. I’ve had good service before from them but it seems to have gone to pot.

No item recieved - stopped replying to my messages - very poor service and will not be using again

I'll be honest, I was nervous when the only email I received said 'your order has been completed' with no next steps or expected delivery date. It could've meant made, dispatched or delivered and closed.
Then the trustpilot reviews made me nervous because I was seeing high volumes all submitted on the same day (suss!)
But my order arrived today 13 days after I placed the order, and I'm thrilled. These are beautiful and I can't wait to add all the places we've been and all the places we'll explore in future!

My son loved the key ring with his adventures on. It’s made him incredibly happy.
I only removed a star because I had to put the charms in the right order! Nx

I received no item and there was no communication from the company, no order confirmation with order number, no notification if the item is dispatched or being sent. Nothing, not even after I emailed the website, there was no reply.
Very unprofessional and unhappy with the service. Won't order here again, and these items are not cheap.

Great product, I’ve been collecting flags since 2018 and just bought my next 5. Quality is great, service is great and item is great! Cannot recommend enough!!

Got the keychain as a gift before travelling and have then collected various flags from places I’ve visited. Really nice momento.

Great company - and great products. We are collecting flags for our children and think it will make a very cool momento for them when they are old enough to get it.

Updated 28.3.26 - final flag has finally arrived, not sure whether requesting a refund from PayPal gave them the kick they needed.

Updated 23.3.26 - one of the two missing flags has arrived, hopefully the final one will turn up soon.

Updated 9.3.2026 - I was contacted to see which flags were missing, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received my missing flags.

Ordered five flags back in December, received three, and I’m still waiting for the other two. I sent numerous emails, with the odd one being answered. I am still waiting for my ordered to be completed.

If your order is right first time, Storyteller are probably ok, but if you have an issue or missing items, you’ve got no chance.
Such a shame as a great idea, I have little confidence in Storyteller so unlikely to buy from the, again.
