I would give 0 if there was an option

I would give 0 if there was an option. Do not recommend this company at all. First of all they sell your dream on advertisement and then when you realize it’s not what you wanted. They don’t refund even a half. They were quick to request a payment over $1,000 before they go into details how it works and set up a meeting actually with people you going to work . And if you after meeting change your mind - no refund at all! They don’t work on weekends, every time I send an email response is im out of office even if you send an email during week days. I uploaded 2 videos. It was ultrasound of my belly while pregnant , they did not remove even top of the video where it would say “use the gray wipes” . Thats how they edit. Run. There are multiple better companies. Do not use this ones who are not even located in US but in Philippines.

Good at first but not on the long run

Pros

-It is a good Company if you want a starting point for your video editing career.
-The video editors and other employees in the lower management are very friendly and helpful, and I gained connections because of that.
- Variety of clients, if you want to expand your portfolio it's good.

Cons

-Micromanagement.
-They never care about how difficult the video editing style they requested (quantity over quality).
-There are no actual criteria and days when you're qualified for a salary increase.
-Toxic head of operations that doesn't respect people.
-They never practiced what they preached when it comes to values.
-No pay increases and no bonuses, just shout-outs
- Little room for error (even though 90% of those errors are client requests, not actual errors)
- Creatives are looked down upon
- Management takes things personally, which makes it hard to voice out opinions/suggestions
-Constructive criticisms are not welcome.
-They lack understanding of their employees, which makes it hard to thrive in this workspace

Advice to Management

-If you do not take some criticism and implement it, you will lose your best employees.
-Find a new head of operations THAT KNOWS VIDEO EDITING.
-Don't fix what isn't broken; you keep implementing changes that ruin the video outputs because you only care about quantity without knowing how complex the video edit style they want.
