We visited your event on Saturday 1st November, overall the experience was good. Actors did a great job! However, our experience ended poorly when we realised my husband had lost his phone in the maze (we tracked it on find my iphone). We returned to the scare maze and a spoke with a male who was taking some of the equipment down, we explained we had lost a phone and he shared he might be able to have a look for us and took my number down. We haven't heard anything at all. I have tried to call your number, emailed and tried to contact you on Facebook and Instagram. The phone is still showing to be in the maze but it appears impossible to get in touch with anyone. This is my last resort really as I can see you guys sometimes responds to reviews. Please acknowledge the event was fantastic and would defo recommend, just a shame about the phone and not being able to contact anyone. Any help would be massively appreciated!!!

This event is definitely worth a visit. I went with family, 6 of us in total and we were all scared! We were surprised at the big que to get in but seemed to move quite quickly, the security guard was so nice and explained the event, reassuring that if it was too scary I could come out at any time as there were cameras throughout constantly checking the safety of everyone. It was so scary from the time of walking in and right till the end! The actors were all so good and did a great job, the scenes were fantastic and well thought out. Had a great time, so much fun and so scary, would definitely go again next year. Well done scaremaze and thank you.

Attended Stourbridge Scare Maze on Halloween for my 62nd birthday which is on Halloween with my teenage children.
I found it very well organised, the queuing was well managed and we got in following a short wait in line.
The briefing was really well done and clearly explained what we were about to experience and it didn’t disappoint.
Both my kids and I were seriously impressed, we jumped out of our skins multiple times, the female character at the end of the metal tube was unnervingly scary and realistic. I would say it’s definitely not suitable for young children! Excellent.
Wow, what a treat for my birthday, thank you to all involved.

Really good event, with a scare at every corner, this is our second year going and it is highly recommended.

Excellent experience credit to all staff

I was so nervous and excited definetly for the Halloween day but I'd say this the money price was worth it and it was definetly 100% scare a lot for me it was so good I loved everyone in the live actors I was on the back the last person and they eventually did made me scared as I was screaming I liked the actor who pulled me closer lol and the last bit In the end it was scary as I was watching someone with the tie thing

Brilliant!!

The maze was fantastic and really gave some perfect jump scares.
Really well planned, thought out and executed amazingly.

The only thing I thought needed to be improved was the before and after the maze.
Needed more actors while waiting to enter, better food and drinks afterwards.

Awesome event.

Amazing experience and good really good time. This was our first time and we will definitely be back next year.

£80 for 4 of us for 30 mins seemed steep. But we loved it! If you fancy a laugh with the missus and friends I suggest you go. Dress down as you'll be on your hands and knees at points. But highly recommended laugh.

A blast a very well organised event . Full of scares and jumps all of the staff did a fantastic job of keeping us on our toes so for me the staff were the attraction .i can highly recomend this event to anyone who is thinking of joining in .not for the faint hearted but above all the perfect scare fest in the uk .the staff work tirelessly to entertain us and boy oh boy they do a superb job of it ..i cant thank you all enough for a very well organised event with thrill and chills and heart pounding scares .what a fantastic night of full on entertainment .chills thrills and spills . 👍😄

What a night to remember definitely not for the faint hearted lol totally enjoyed the experience plenty of screaming and jumping well organised would recommend to anyone who’s thinking off going

I really enjoyed the interaction, it was fun and scary but the actors choking you was too much especially being pinned up a wall and choked. A young girl in our group told us she was 15 was groped and called fresh meat by the male actors. This was very uncomfortable to witness. They tell you multiple times you are in no circumstances allowed to touch the actors but they are allowed to touch you? Doesnt make sense.Either they control what the actors say and do or make the event 18+ only.

Absolutely amazing! So jumpy in places! They was short staffed but this made it even better as you didn't know when you was going to get jumped out on! Continously kept you on edge! Absolutely recommended! Will be returning again next year!

Great experience so scary & enjoyable at the same time! I’ve been to this scare maze 2 years ago and loved how they adapted it so it’s not the same stuff again. Actors were great we couldn’t stop talking about our experiences as a group of 6 after! Only downfall is we never got to purchase a picture for some reason there was no picture of us from the first room :( Other than that, an amazing experience all round. Would definitely recommended to all. A*****

Really scary, my friend and I will definitely go again, you forget that it is all fake making the whole experience terrifying and question our own instincts when it comes to making it out. Really recommend.
