Great fans and excellent customer service.
Purchased a second fan as I had one already given to us by our daughter. Initially I had to contact the Company about the fact the fan moved on the stove top. The Company were great to deal with, in particular Megan.
Couldn’t rate them highly enough for their customer service. I received a stove plate to place under the fan which works a treat and the fans work very well for emitting the heat.

Great customer service
Bought a stove fan repair kit from the stove fan company. Very reasonable price and worked a great. What I especially appreciated was the customer service from my initial enquiry into which kit I required through to post sales when I needed a bit of advice on using the kit. A refreshing change from the chatbots most companies seem to use these days.

Happy with the product but not the pricing structure
I was happy with the quality of the stove fan but I was not too pleased about being charged a premium for the same product available from the Forest Master main site. As the Stove Fan Company is a subsidiary of Forest Master this did not seem in the spirit of things. My advice is go direct to the Forest Master site. I have tried to raise this with both entities but have not had a reply. Shame really as I like the products

Quality product and excellent CS
Outstanding customer service and quick delivery!
Found this company on FB, as I was in need of a new stove fan. I managed to mess up my order and ordered a mini fan instead of the Viking Air (large) Contacted the company by email, explained what happened, within hours it was sorted and my fan on it's way to me. Arrived the next day, as advertised at the time of ordering. Bearing in mind my postcode is Highland and Islands, which is usually an extra few days and extra charge on the delivery, but not here.
In regards to the Viking Air product, I cannot fault it and it is definitely worth its pricetag. The airflow is just amazing. Standard cheap fans, do not compare to it.
Would recommend the company and the fan.
